As a first time customer and this being a new car to me i was optimistically cautious and excited to see how it would turn out. To quote Austin Powers "Friking fantastic Mr Biglesworth"! I couldn't have been more pleased. The car a 2016 C7 looks like new to my eyes. They helped me spot a couple of areas that will need attention - previous owner water spots. Nothing they cant manage. I am so happy i chose them to do this work. I am now looking forward to other things they can do for me to keep it looking so good for the long term. Thank you to everyone involved!

Their customer service, communication, and timeliness were excellent. Last but not least their work alone speaks for their quality. I was kept in the loop in regards to insurance progress through e-mail/text and their work was finished before the estimated time frame. Matt was available to assist me any time I had any questions and was willing to work with the insurance company as well. I posted a few pictures of the before and after. I had recently had the entire car repainted and buffed out. Their body work and paint job fits seamlessly and is blended perfectly. My 350z looks like new. I don't think I can recommend them enough. I am very satisfied with my experience. Hopefully I won't be put in that situation again but if I am I know who I am heading to for any of my vehicles needs.

When it showed up it had…read morea lot of cosmetic damage including scratches, swirls, areas where the clearcoat had been buffed through, and a ton of spots that looked like the car sat under a berry tree for a year. It was low mileage and great mechanically, so I did not want to lose the $2200 in delivery fees returning it. I took it to Toledos, had Cesar look it over and he tested a couple different methods on small spots to see what would work (without charging me). I had full confidence that he could at least make it decent looking, but I was blown away by the difference! What started as dread and regret for my purchase became a vehicle I was happy to drive around in. Of course there were a few spots that nothing could fix, but I think he got 95% or more looking like new. The before pics are at the end (would not let me change them around), but you can see if is an amazing transformation. This is not a short two line review. It is a fair and honest review. I was in search of a new…read moredetail service for weekly cleaning on my vehicles. I called Fox Detailing because I was behind his van at a stop light and saw "veteran owned" on the van. I am a supporter of our military and law enforcement so I called. It is important to me that whoever cleans our vehicles does it with attention to detail and uses proper techniques to avoid damaging the paint. We have five vehicles and all of them are extremely expensive. Since my vehicles are washed weekly they never get super dirty. It's really more maintenance. Using a detail service for weekly maintenance is nothing new for me. I've been doing this for a couple of decades. So I do know how to compare service providers. Every provider I have used has been around $75 per vehicle per week, because it is just maintaining a clean vehicle. Fox detailing charged $75 exterior plus $75 for interior. I explained to him that he's double. He went on and on about how much better his quality is. I went ahead and did it with hopes of seeing more. The first detail was fine, not mind blowing, but not bad either. We discussed the high and low points and I decided to continue with him. Next he cleaned my truck and I had to send him images of all the stuff left on the front grill and the windows were spotted horribly bad. He "said" the next exterior on the truck would be free. The next time he cleaned the truck he actually Wrecked it into the house trying to park it. That's a first. Thankfully it was the truck instead of one of the extremely expensive vehicles. It did damage the truck and a little damage to the house. As of me writing this review he has not done anything to fix the damage. The next time he came was awful. As soon as I went to my vehicle I saw how terrible of a job he did. The Windows and paint were filthy. When I told him about it I was shocked by his reply. It quickly went from sorry, I'll make it right to you to I need more time to complaining about the way the detailer before him Solid the ceramic coat. As of this writing, he has still not even come to look at the mess. Instead of coming to even look at the vehicle and correcting the problem he chose to go straight to social media to dog on Me. Going on about me having a million dollars in vehicles and how I expect him to clean my vehicles for $50, which has never been discussed. Then saying if I want this kind of quality I've got to Pay. The "quality" he's talking about is absolutely the worse job I have ever seen a detail company produce AND wrecked vehicles. According to Brad, if you want a nasty car and you want an irresponsible person to wreck your car, that's going to cost you extra. Then ends his rant with name calling. It's amazing how quickly he became the victim and chose to take that narrative to the public square. I could never recommend Fox Detailing. Very immature and does not pay attention to details. I am sure there will be a lawsuit coming. I can't see him being the type of character that would do the right thing.

Moving from Texas, I had wonderful & trustworthy professionals who washed & detailed my car…read morebeautifully with a fair pricing. I called around & felt disenchanted as the prices presented were 2 1/2 times what I paid & I have yet to know quality of service, attention to detail, trust & respect for a car which is much loved as "Frida" is... After about 15 heart shattering phone calls of pricing which shall not do on a nurse's budget; I received a prompt call back with a more than agreeable quote for wash of exterior & interior vacuum & clean!! Scared, yet hopeful, I booked my first service.. First off, my schedule is next to impossible to work with as I work nights & sleep depravity never exists & request off hours. We chose a time & chose a wash & interior vacuum & spiffy it up thing? I love shiny, I expect shiny although I just expect people realize these things innately; most people do not read into my sparkle telepathy.. I went into REM sleep mode & we agreed to Venmo & pricing & awoke to magnificence of my darling Frida so pretty and sparkly with no detail untouched that I am certain she would be the Belle of the Ball in a shiny gunmetal grey dress with subtle sparkles!! Winter struck & affected by SADD, never ending, salt, snow & ice; my Frida seemed disheveled, caring too much much sodium internally, muddy & disheveled & lost!!!!! A week ago, we planned an arrangement so, I could sleep & awake to sparkle in the sun! Above & beyond, my dear, darling Friends. Went above what was allocated & got all the salt stains out of her carpets & detoxed from winter's annihilating blows!!! Once again sparkly, spectacular & with no angst or worry! One more addendum, I scraped the side of my car on my carport & cried but, without hesitation as I slept, I woke up to no scratch at all left & sparkly!!! Cannot say enough BUT, this is the ONE, I hate to say it but, to date, the best detail, beautification, precision, professionalism as well as more than fair pricing! BOOM' Winning!!!!
