We wanted to replace some of the diamonds with birthstones to make the ring more personal for our family, and the final result came out exactly how we envisioned it. The turnaround time was very quick, and the craftsmanship was beautiful. After gifting the ring to my mom, we realized the size we chose was slightly too small, so we brought her and my sister back with us to have it resized. While we were there, we also had some of my mom's older rings cleaned and resized. The cleaning made her older rings look and feel brand new again, which was really special to see. Sean and the entire staff were so attentive, welcoming, and patient with our whole family throughout the process. The store is always packed every time we visit, but we never once felt rushed or overlooked.
