Been dealing with a "surrendered" license plate for a whiiiiileeee now. Multiple DMV appts, including walk-ins, DMV has sent me to AAA. They couldnt register my car either. Car passed smog and all. My wife saw this spot on the way home, I stopped here and BOOM! I was able to register my vehicle here like nothing. No wait, no line, no issues. I would not recommend this service. I paid 1600 for registration and 250 for expedited service to be told they can't do it and no refund. I'm ok with the no refund for the runner but am told I have to wait for the funds paid for my actual plates of $1600 because they have to ask the "boss" have not got a call and no answer now . Do your self a favor and don't come here, because for any reason they can't take care of you, you'll be waiting for your registration money and still no plates read more

I came in at 1:30 to get a smog and registration. He was very rude on the instructions where to park my car the way he told me to get out of my vehicle was very unprofessional. If I were you, I would go to somewhere with a lot more customer service more employees, so you are in and out this location has three employees. Don't go here. I'm not mad about how much I had to pay but I'm upset because the service is so bad. I brought my car in here and they gave me a quote of $560 including their fee. I waited about a week before I called to check if my plates were in and they kept telling me the order is in and the plates are coming. They recommended to call them back the next day to check 4 days in a row before they said. "We don't have your insurance and you need to send it to our email" which I did at this point almost 2 weeks prior. These people were lying and trying to bail them selves out when I had already sent proof of insurance. After all this without a word of how much more it will cost I was charged $1415.30!!! + $150 in fees. Even if it is the dmv fees customers have the right to know how much they will be charged before getting charged. DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are rude and inexperienced. read more

Hello everyone; I called this business and asked what the cost would be to renew my registration and smog. I was told $20.00 + my registration fee. The total would have been $20 +$63 =$83.00 for DMV renewal. She stated if I want the sticker it would be a $30 extra fee. I told her I didn't want the sticker just renewal. I repeated back what was said, stated $83.00 would be my total cost with the renewal correct? She confirmed what I said.1 After doing the smog I took my receipt inside to complete my renewal. I expected that renewal was a courtesy procedure for renewing my smog with them. BTW, I told the Smog would be $20.00 I was charged $21.00 I DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Service was great. Dealt directly with the owner. However, when picking up my plates after receiving a text from them, had a different experience. Emilio at the front desk couldn't find the plates and was adamant that the paperwork was filed under a different name. I explained there was no one else, I showed them the text they sent. I asked if they cpuld track who they sent the text to verify the information and all he woukd do was shrug his shoulders and roll his eyes. He didnt want to help. Before leaving, a young lady asked my name and found them immediately. I told Emilio he should remove the earpiece from his ear as that's probably why he wasn't getting the names correctly and them he gave attitude. I asked for a managers name and he said there was none. I asked for a business card, and he told me to look at the paperwork. This guy was a prick. It's unfortunate as I'm sure there won't be consequences but I do hope that he at least is made aware that in customer service it's about helping people not just being a warm body at a facility. Then after picking up my plates they gave me the wrong plates i had requested custom plates but lil bro only understands basic english at that point you dont qualify for the job if understanding the english language itself is a issue. this is the worst place ever! they took 2 months to get my plates. I talked to 3 different people and all of them are not professional at all. I paid 400 dollars. when I went back to talk to to Fatima the emoyee she said they lost my file. i gave them time to look them when I came back to get my plates they charge me extra 35 dollars for a late fee. please don't come here. the people is not friendly, professional and they don't know what they doing. specially this guys who works he is tall, with a strong accent he is really rude and give me an attitude because i asked why the Kate fee charge. read more

Great customer service, friendly, & quick. I come here each year for my smog. I recommend to come to this location on the east side of town. Just be aware if your check engine light is on it's an automatic fail. Get the car fixed first. You'll be charged twice. They said it's a rule not to tell a customer about this & they're supposed to do the service despite knowing it will fail. I've done smog checks for 17 years & just found out since my cars are typically in good condition. I thought it was unethical but turns out it happens at many smog places. It's a sensor issue, but it doesn't matter if the light is on the dash. read more
