I arrived on a Monday 8:30am, greeted by Melanie. She was so helpful, even wrote down exactly what I needed and where to go. I just moved from California and needed to register my car. She was great! Thanks! read more

Fast Service and Registration the People were Nice And impressive with service! Thank you Heber!

Reviews must be generated by fake profiles went in paid expedited registration absolutely unprofessional and they took my money for 1 day expedite told me dmv didn't approve and did not call to inform my plates were in their possession when asked to speak to manager they put me on hold and ignored my calls. Pretending they were busy while my sister was in office watching all three do absolutely nothing but ignore my phone call and we're ride to her as well when they realized she was there texting me what they were actually going. read more

NV Registration - Nice guys - Helpful. Thank you for the quick SMOG. - Smog Check Stations Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Bad prices. Workers do their job good but are not very nice. And is 2-3x more expensive then other spots less then 5 minutes away.

Fast and friendly. Highly recommend. Gave me a complimentary water while I waited for the smog to be finished.

Fast and great customer service! Would def recommend if you live in the east side of vegas !

Emilio should be fired as I watched him treat myself and other customers with such a nasty attitude. I will never ever use their services again. They clearly do not like their job here or their life in general because I was treated very poorly. I paid them and yet they held on to my documents for many extra days, without ever notifying me with an update as they promised. I regret giving them my money. read more

Been dealing with a "surrendered" license plate for a whiiiiileeee now. Multiple DMV appts, including walk-ins, DMV has sent me to AAA. They couldnt register my car either. Car passed smog and all. My wife saw this spot on the way home, I stopped here and BOOM! I was able to register my vehicle here like nothing. No wait, no line, no issues. I'm grateful for this place and the staff was amazing! 5 stars from me!!! read more

I would not recommend this service. I paid 1600 for registration and 250 for expedited service to be told they can't do it and no refund. I'm ok with the no refund for the runner but am told I have to wait for the funds paid for my actual plates of $1600 because they have to ask the "boss" have not got a call and no answer now . Do your self a favor and don't come here, because for any reason they can't take care of you, you'll be waiting for your registration money and still no plates read more

Quick and easy really , everything in one spot highly recommend Hernie was very kind read more

I willl never recommend no one not even my enemies too the location very rude male work his customers service skills need improvement he need to fix his attitude.. I came in at 1:30 to get a smog and registration. He was very rude on the instructions where to park my car the way he told me to get out of my vehicle was very unprofessional. If I were you, I would go to somewhere with a lot more customer service more employees, so you are in and out this location has three employees. Two of the young ladies are very kind came in yesterday for information they were able to give it to me the day of my service the gentleman helping me was and is rude tell him to have better days, or maybe he just needs to smoke .. read more

Don't go here. I'm not mad about how much I had to pay but I'm upset because the service is so bad. I brought my car in here and they gave me a quote of $560 including their fee. I waited about a week before I called to check if my plates were in and they kept telling me the order is in and the plates are coming. They recommended to call them back the next day to check 4 days in a row before they said. "We don't have your insurance and you need to send it to our email" which I did at this point almost 2 weeks prior. These people were lying and trying to bail them selves out when I had already sent proof of insurance. After all this without a word of how much more it will cost I was charged $1415.30!!! + $150 in fees. Even if it is the dmv fees customers have the right to know how much they will be charged before getting charged. DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are rude and inexperienced. read more

Hello everyone; I called this business and asked what the cost would be to renew my registration and smog. I was told $20.00 + my registration fee. The total would have been $20 +$63 =$83.00 for DMV renewal. She stated if I want the sticker it would be a $30 extra fee. I told her I didn't want the sticker just renewal. I repeated back what was said, stated $83.00 would be my total cost with the renewal correct? She confirmed what I said.1 After doing the smog I took my receipt inside to complete my renewal. I expected that renewal was a courtesy procedure for renewing my smog with them. BTW, I told the Smog would be $20.00 I was charged $21.00 I DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Does this sound like a business you want to serve you? 36 out of 36 reviews, All 5 stars? Not likely. I am personally going to BOYCOTT this business. I hope you'll take you business to other smog businesses when you need your smog done. RENEW YOUR REGISTRATION FOR FREE FROM HOME, ONLINE. No $30 ripoff fee charged here. All you need is your credit or debit card. No extra charges over your State Registration fee. This link will take you straight to DMV's Renewal page: https://dmvnv.com/nvreg.htm read more

This my second time here for their services and they are great. Friendly, responsive and pretty fast!!! Thank you again for your service.

Amazing service, extremely fast and they give you a water in this Vegas heat. 10/10 recommend

Service was great. Dealt directly with the owner. However, when picking up my plates after receiving a text from them, had a different experience. Emilio at the front desk couldn't find the plates and was adamant that the paperwork was filed under a different name. I explained there was no one else, I showed them the text they sent. I asked if they cpuld track who they sent the text to verify the information and all he woukd do was shrug his shoulders and roll his eyes. He didnt want to help. Before leaving, a young lady asked my name and found them immediately. I told Emilio he should remove the earpiece from his ear as that's probably why he wasn't getting the names correctly and them he gave attitude. I asked for a managers name and he said there was none. I asked for a business card, and he told me to look at the paperwork. This guy was a prick. It's unfortunate as I'm sure there won't be consequences but I do hope that he at least is made aware that in customer service it's about helping people not just being a warm body at a facility. Definitely lost the owner a few clients. read more

Get service here by anyone but lil bro who has trouble speaking english, made me send paper work and they forgot to request my smog so i had to resend and pay the extra fee because lil bro didnt ask for my smog. Then after picking up my plates they gave me the wrong plates i had requested custom plates but lil bro only understands basic english at that point you dont qualify for the job if understanding the english language itself is a issue. Then trys to deny that he was sure i had any request. :/ read more

With how long the DMV actually is, I constantly recommend to my friends to come here instead. There's never a line, the can do all the same things the dmv does in a fraction of the time. Smog check done, registration done all in 30 minutes and I got my license plate in 3 weeks and they called me when it came in. Not far from base and better than the 3 hour wait time at the DMV read more

Too lazy to do a gas engine RV smog. There is no difference in difficulty or level of effort compared to a regular car. Guy at desk looked really upset and angry to be at work after the long holiday weekend. Went down the street and got it done in 5 mins for $19.99 - new name should be NOT SO COMPLETE DMV SERVICES. Stop being lazy! read more

I always come here for my smog. Super fast, friendly, and affordable. Free water to beat the heat! Thanks!

These guys are fast and reliable totally recommend them :) better to go here than wait hours and hours at the dmv

Great customer service, friendly, & quick. I come here each year for my smog. I recommend to come to this location on the east side of town. Just be aware if your check engine light is on it's an automatic fail. Get the car fixed first. You'll be charged twice. They said it's a rule not to tell a customer about this & they're supposed to do the service despite knowing it will fail. I've done smog checks for 17 years & just found out since my cars are typically in good condition. I thought it was unethical but turns out it happens at many smog places. It's a sensor issue, but it doesn't matter if the light is on the dash. read more
