Initially, I used the Project feature on Yelp to get a variety of business bids at once for a notary appointment. My scheduling then changed, and I had to push the appointment out several weeks. Eventually I returned to my messages and was able to correspond with Fingerprinting Express quickly and professionally. We setup an appointment for the following Friday. My mom and I arrived, and were impressed by the building setup, and number of other services that they provide. We need to get our passport photos done too, so we may be back sooner rather than later. What topped off our experience was the kind and genuinely fun conversation had with the woman who took care of us. She and my mom had such a good time chatting about cats and pet ownership. Fingerprinting Express has a remarkably high level of organization for their notary services. We were in-and-out quickly, with every step explained well, in laymen's terms, without ever being over-explained either. I stopped going to the UPS store by Walmart on Fort Apache because the old lady there is rude but has shown considerable improvement in her customer service skills and acknowledging her waiting customers. Today at this location I was serviced by the old man that's there. Be aware that My boxes were large and heavy (see photo) and I had multiple that I had to go back and forth to grab. I put them on the weigh scale and went back to grab another I staged by the entrance. This gentleman would slide my boxes off the counter and let them slam on the floor. I was not ok with this so I voiced my concern, I told him to be careful with my packages and he just brushed me off. That is the sole reason for my review. He could've asked me or the other employee working there for assistance if he's too weak. I'm a military veteran and a registered nurse, I deserve equal respect and appreciation as any other paying customer. I'm really disappointed this situation transpired. Do better or retire.

That being said, I paid all fees associated with international packages (which you are obligated to do to even receive said packages) with receipts. 3 months later, UPS is applying late fees and issuing additional charges because they cashed my check, charged my cards, but they didn't attach any of the money I paid to my account. It's insane to me that they had over $800 floating around in their system that they already took from me but because they didn't tie it to my account, my account is being penalized and charged for late/missing payments. Countless hours wasted and another potential couple hundred bucks to resolve this entire issue. Not too many options out there but definitely don't go with UPS.

Super prompt, super courteous, and super awesome!…read more My wife and I have hit a maelstrom of bad luck recently. As much as it's a bummer, it happens to everyone at some point. On top of that, toss this string into the time of Covid-19, and it's been a doozy of a time. We've been struggling making sure we both can arrange times to go to a notary for a slew of time sensitive documents we needed filing, and with most places having reduced hours, and us worrying about furloughs, bills when we had been laid off, it's just been... well, man... it's just been a hell of a struggle. In comes Alisa at Mobile Notary 911. She was extremely prompt in response when we asked for a quote, and as here before we knew it when we agreed on it. She explained everything, performed double checks, and crossed every T and dotted every I . There was an extra charge for evening services, but it was well worth it for my wife and I, and the fact that she was able to fit us in the same evening took that much more weight off our shoulders in being able to file all these papers sooner, rather than later. Definitely would use again, and totally recommend!
