After a couple bad experiences I found Dr. Aldea at this practice and am so glad to return to her care. She knows I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist, but she really works hard to put me at ease. She takes the time to explain everything and listens to all of my concerns. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. The assistant welcomed me back to the treatment room and made sure I was comfortable. When Dr. Castellini walked into the room, he told me what procedure I would need done and how much it would be. I was unprepared financially to get everything done. Dr. Castellini saw the distress on my face, because let's face it, life is hard, and he worked with me to get at least one thing done today. He comforted me and I couldn't be more grateful to actually be treated by someone who truly cares for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Castellini for all your dental needs. Although the staff was kind, they proceeded with repeated evaluations and measurements that I did not request or authorize. When I left, I again asked for the cost and was told I would be contacted. Instead, after a long silence, I received a letter from a collection agency for an absurd amount. I never consented to all those tests. It's truly sad and frustrating that something so simple turned into a financial and emotional burden. I hope others are more cautious than I was.

I went today for a cleaning g and had to stop the hygienist about 3/4 of the way through because he just kept hurting me. He crushed my lips against my teeth with the mirror thing while trying to get at my back teeth. My gums haven't bled in years due to a cleaning but today they did. My hair and shirt were all wet because he didn't stop to suction out my mouth when he switched over to the water because I was complaining about him being so rough with the dental tools. There was so much water in my mouth that I gagged causing him to spray that high powered water thing on my lips which felt like they were cut ( they weren't luckily) . The other hygienist that I usually have is not rough like this. This guy needs to go back to school. This appointment.was a reschedule because when I arrived for the original appointment I was.told there would be about an hour wait because the were running late. This is not the first time they were "running late". They apologize but problems always seem to arise. Then I get my patient summary and it says they did this, that and the other thing which is not at all what they did. As I said I stopped the cleaning before it was even done so there wa no topical application, no instructions and the cleaning was not even finished. I mean make up your own mind but beware.

I had what I thought was an "emergency" dental situation last week. Dr. Kennedy was out of town so I went somewhere else local (not going to out them, but it wasn't a great experience). That dentist told me I would need ALL this very, very expensive dental work immediately. I felt weird about it so I waited a week to see Dr. Kennedy when he came back into town today. He looked at X-rays and my teeth and said I absolutely do not need the expensive dental work the other guy said I needed. Totally trust Dr. Kennedy and the staff. 100000% recommend to anyone. It's also a really beautiful office, so that helps the experience also!

I called and was sitting in his chair an hour later with an exam and X-rays already done. I needed an emergency root canal (which I had a good idea I needed). Now, I'd had a root canal before, but this was different, in a good way. He performed the root canal to the point to close it up, but because I had time (I'm local) he wanted to let the antibiotics work for a couple of days before he did a final cleaning of the canals that of which was done perfectly. He took X-rays of each tooth canal as he finished them to show me. It was very thorough. I owe him a great debt past the cost of the repair.

Then, we suddenly received a text stating we had one day to make a deposit payment before the appointment. What makes this worse is that the office staff could not provide anything in writing when asked. First, we were told this policy had always existed for all new patients, then later told it was "new." The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were concerning. Their website has an entire page dedicated to new patients, and nowhere does it mention a $50 deposit requirement. It does, however, state they can perform insurance checks ahead of appointments to confirm coverage, which makes the lack of transparency around this unnecessary and poorly communicated deposit even more frustrating. When asked to run the insurance check, I was told they could do it up to 48 hours before the appointment, but we would still each be required to pay the deposit regardless. Policies involving deposits and financial obligations should be communicated clearly at or before booking, not sprung on patients at the last minute with no written acknowledgment or agreement. We never even made it to the office because this situation completely destroyed confidence in the practice. Put it in writing or don't do it. This is not about the money; it's about proper business practices, transparency, and communication.

Although I went through a lot of pain a few weeks after the procedure, Dr. Bonnin had me come in to check up on it and I got the help I needed to get through it. The crowns came out looking very natural which is what I dreamed of so I highly recommend coming here!
