This man saved me from full on insanity. I had a filling fall out and let it go for a month or so and this thing exploded in pain one night. I called and was sitting in his chair an hour later with an exam and X-rays already done. I needed an emergency root canal (which I had a good idea I needed). Now, I'd had a root canal before, but this was different, in a good way. He performed the root canal to the point to close it up, but because I had time (I'm local) he wanted to let the antibiotics work for a couple of days before he did a final cleaning of the canals that of which was done perfectly. He took X-rays of each tooth canal as he finished them to show me. It was very thorough. I owe him a great debt past the cost of the repair. read more

If I had not been in so much pain, I would have turned around and walked out. The office is filthy and the equipment outdated. The dentist unprofessional. The dentist did take X rays and gave me a prescription. I was glad went because it got me through until I could get home. I was visiting the area and needed a dentist fast on a Saturday. read more

I was blinded and insane with pain. I called at 05:00 and made an appointment for that morning. I admit the place is not the cleanest and Dr. Sidawi is definitely a character, but he saved me that morning. It was Memorial Day Monday and he still took me in when every other place was closed. What a brilliant business model: to save your vacation from tooth pain! He assessed that I needed an emergency root canal and did it on the spot. He was very efficient and proficient at numbing the area adequately. I felt no pain during the entire procedure. He did a great job cleaning out the root, applying some antibiotic and temporarily closing the tooth. He also prescribed antibiotics for the infection, which I am still on. He even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. When I told him I still had some pain, he insisted I come back in and have him take a look. Well, I had class and couldn't come right away, so I suggested the following day. I think the pain was from the trauma the tooth had gone through because it continued to decrease. I returned the following day for him to check it and he ended up completing the procedure. He was very meticulous and used a microscope to make sure he removed everything black inside the tooth. Again, I had zero pain from the procedure and the drilling and scraping was done without anesthetic! He flushed out the tooth to remove any possible bacteria and closed it up permanently. Today is Friday and I am able to chew like normal. I am not taking Tylenol or any pain relievers. I am so impressed and so pleased with this experience that I 100% recommend his emergency services to anyone having a bad tooth day. Thank you for being there on demand, Dr Sidawi! read more

My 8-year-old grandson had a front tooth broken off at the gumline and there was nerve involvement. Dr. Sidawi took care of him and Ziggy was relieved of the pain within an hour. My son-in-law took Ziggy to him and they called me in Pittsburgh for the payment. Dr. Sidawi kindly talked to me on the phone also and explained the condition of the tooth, taking swift action to save the nerve. I am so grateful to him for taking care of our Ziggy! The guy is a legend. He answered my call at 2am for severe tooth pain. He examed me and gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen. Didn't try to push a procedure rather he numbed it and told me to wait until morning to see how antibiotic worked. He also doesn't accept insurance so he told me its best if I wait to go to endontist to use insurance. On top of that he drove me to pharmacy to pick up the prescription. Its not a high end place but in times of emergency in Orlando I know who to call. read more

I would never recommend this quack. He quoted me 200 to replace a crown. When I got there he said it would be 125 for consultation then more for treatment. He then looked at my tooth said there wasn't much he could he could do need to see my own dentist. Then he wanted to get paid for his consultation?? This guy is a sham. The place is also very dirty and be shoveled He is a mess . I didn't even want him touching my mouth. The FDA should inspect this Dr and the business. Pleas don't go there . He's a rip off . His shirt was dirty and he smelled. read more

I know this place looks sketch, but I promise you it's far from it. Last Thursday, I was woken up out of my sleep due to wisdom tooth pain that I could no longer ignore. I called these guys and the dentist rolled out of bed at 3AM to treat the pain for my tooth. I was given a shot of lidocaine to help numb the pain, and the dentist wrote me a prescription for antibiotics until I could see an oral surgeon. Fast forward, I was able to get both of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday at Extraction & Denture Center the experience was 100% pain, even with me having an infected/impacted wisdom tooth. If you're looking for a dentist for emergencies, THIS is your guy. I'd highly recommend. 10/10 experience. read more

I was visiting Orlando for vacation, and had severe toothache. I found this dentist on google at 2 am and gave him a call. He came from home and was in the clinic in 15 minutes. He did a root canal for me. He anesthetized me well and I didn't feel any pain. He was very professional and very friendly. He gave me a second appointment for follow up after 3 days. He did a great job. I highly recommend him. If I live in Orlando, I would go again for any teeth work I have. read more

First off I would like to say that I hate being this person that says this but it's just the way it is. If I could give a zero star rating I would. So I called this morning because by husbands tooth is cracked and he was in immense pain. On their website it states they do emergency tooth extractions. However after calling I am told they do not do extractions. The photo I have attached is from their website as of todays date 12/11/22 which clearly states they due tooth extractions. I would also like to note that I was greeted with a what do you need when picking up the phone. Call Thanks for nothing read more

I am retired Gulf War Veteran and I am hoping if you are searching for the right after hour Dentist, STOP right now and save yourself some time (Read on!). My bride's tooth needed immediate attention during our trip to Orlando for a family trip and we where at a loss of what to do or who to call. We found 24 Hr Dentist on line and quickly called Dr Sidawi. His assistant picked after 2nd ring and booked an appointment. Dr Sidawi was in the office when we arrived in Orlando. Not only did he take care of her tooth, his X-rays identified a cyst near the tooth where our original dentist failed to find during her recent visit. It was a blessing to have Dr. Sidawi be our first call, so glad for his 30 years of experience. No bells or whistle, just plan old customer service at it's best!!! Thank you for taking care of my bride and sharing your faith, you did an awesome job. Bravo Zulu! read more

I was coming back for the weekend and the wire on my permanent retainer came off. Since it was the weekend, the normal dentist was closed and I had to be on the road by Monday. Thankfully, Dr. Sidawi was able to see me and glue my wire back. However, I had to go back to see him the next day because my top overnight plastic retainer wasn't fitting. Thankfully, he was able to see me the next day and help fit my retainer. Very grateful he was able to do this on such short notice so I can enjoy my time back home and go back to school without worry. Highly recommend when you're in an emergency and it's the weekend. Also happy with Dr. Sidawi's care as he was very nice and thorough during my 2 visits. read more

This place seems to be a scam because they are not even 24 hours and they don't even pick up the phone!

Had a veneer pop out while eating breakfast on a road trip. Since our next stop was Orlando, I googled emergency dentists to see if someone could repair it. I found this place, called from the car, and he saw me that afternoon. Fixed it so I could get on with my vacation. The office looks very disorganized, but it was clean and Dr. S. was very nice and gentle. Went to my regular dentist when I got home, to have it checked, and he said he did a fine job. read more

Last Friday I started to feel a little pain coming from the right side of my mouth. As the day went on it got increasingly worse so I took some OTC pain meds and went to sleep. I woke up in the most amount of pain I've ever experienced from something dental. I grabbed my phone and started looking for dentists that would be open on a Saturday and found "The 24 hour dentist". I called, left a message and Dr. Sidawi called me back asking me when I'd like to come in. I was already down the road so he said okay, I'll be there in 20 minutes. He was amazing!!!! He made me feel very comfortable immediately. He made sure to take plenty of x-rays to make sure he had the full picture of what was going on and immediately got to work. An area of my gums had gotten pretty badly infected and he worked diligently to clean out the infection and show me what was wrong. He prescribed me some antibiotics, pain medicine, and oral rinse with instructions for care. He also asked me to come back in three days so he could take a look and see how it was healing. Again, Dr. Sidawi was awesome!!! I sincerely appreciated his genuine concern and level of care he provided. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sidawi. He's a very kind man, and a fantastic dentist. read more

I've had a toothache for the last 2-3 days which has now caused some swelling. I googled emergency 24 hrs dentists and came across this one. I saw alot of positive reviews so decided to give him a call. I explained my situation and he said I needed to see someone right away. I was ok with that so he told me to be there by 4.. When I started asking questions (will he put me to sleep, what procedures do they normally do, payments etc.) He got an attitude with me and hung up on me. So at this point I wasn't sure if he still wanted me to come at 4 so I called back twice and he sent me to voice-mail both times. I called using my daughter's phone and he answered. I understand it's Sunday but if you're gonna be rude when people start asking questions then you should reconsider making yourself available 24 hrs. I dont even want him in my mouth at this point. I can't believe he would even cop an attitude and blatantly hang up bc I had questions. Who does that?? read more

Listen up, this is not a fancy, well staffed, dental office. It is a great option for someone having an emergency in the middle of the night. The dentist is a man who apparently uses his cell phone as the business line and actually answers the phone when you call. I took my son down to Orlando from New York to look at colleges. At 3am, he wakes me in extreme pain from an infected wisdom tooth. This dentist answered my call and met me at the office within 15 minutes! He immediately did X-rays, drained the abscess, and gave us prescriptions for antibiotics, mouth rinse, Motrin 800, and sent us on our way. AMAZING!!! He tells you the cost before you agree to meet, it was very reasonable, but at that time of night, he coulda asked for anything. Super Polite and caring. read more

On vacation my 9 year old daughter fell on a playground and broke her front tooth, it was a Saturday and we drove 1.5 hours to this place as it was the only place available. I wanted to immediately walk out as the office is completely disgusting, but my daughter was hysterical and just wanted to have her tooth fixed. Despite having dental insurance, we paid $750 cash to have her tooth "repaired" only for it to fall out on the plane ride home when she sneezed!! We contacted the office to make them aware and we were told no discounts or refunds and to contact her dentist. This place is a joke! Do not waste your money on this scam artist!!! read more

Experiencing an incredibly painful abscess, I was in quite the predicament. It was Sunday, and I was a long way from home, but this place came through in the clutch. I called this supposed 24 hour dentist at 4am. I was explaining the pain I was in, was interrupted and told I could be seen between 830 or 9am. I was in the middle of saying I was hoping to be seen before then, and he hung up on me. I don'y know where all of these good reviews came from, but my experience is poor. If I have to wait until normal business hours, what's the point of 24 hour? read more

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had. I shattered a molar and exposed the nerve. I went to this dentist for help but he refused to numb me completely saying I was a big cry baby. When I said the area wasn't numb and asked for more numbing medicine he yelled at me to stop telling him how to do his job. When I started screaming and gagging from pain he yelled at me to shut up because I was upsetting the other patients in the lobby. Do your homework and check out the dental board complaints against him. I can't think of any emergency bad enough to warrant going back to this place ever again. read more

Chipped a tooth while I was on vacation, called at 8:30 am and was in the chair by 10am! Nicest guy ever. Luckily it wasn't as bad as I had thought and he took every step to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend this place! read more

This guy got the job done. It wasn't the perfect situation but he did what he said he would do and I walked out a happy man. One has to be open minded about Dr Fred. He is a little behind on the times but he is very knowledgeable and he knows how to get right to the problem without a bunch of fancy doodads. He has been at this location for 25 years. He works ungodly hours but he's there when you need him. I highly recommend him. I wouldn't make him my regular dentist but if I was in need after hours I would have no problem going back and I live right down the street! read more

You know, if its supposed to be 24 hours, they should really learn to pick up the phone to provide that service. I called them twice within 20 minutes of each other and it just went to voicemail. I realize there are some reviews about how great the dentist is, but I bet it's during normal business hours. I called at 11:30 at night because my boyfriend's poorly laid temporary crown fell off and his tooth nerves were exposed and was in great pain. No one picked up. Awesome. Thanks for the false advertising. If you can't provide the 24 hours service, change your name so we don't get mislead. read more
