THIS PLACE IS SO amazing that I had to give them a five star review besides this being the BEST POP CORN I've ever had ( truffle oil cheddar and sea salt ) the service that Pamela and Madeline give me every time I visit is beyond superb! Thank you ladies for making something as small as popcorn be the highlight of my day Oh and you have the try the chocolate covered sea salt almonds so amazing ! read more

I ordered several types of flavored coffee to try. I'd been shopping at Gloria Jeans, but don't like their customer service. I found Nuts.com's offerings to be a mixed bag. Some tasted like the name on the bag and others had no real flavor. I did appreciate the mini bag of dried figs that came with the order. But, I may revert to Gloria Jeans because the flavor is more reliable, especially for the flavors that have "add ins." read more

Best Popcorn ever, I was a loyal customer, I have been coming here for years. My issue is the people that work there are unfriendly and very rude. One time the lady did not put enough butter on my popcorn and I had to eat it dry (waste of money). The next time I came to her I asked her if she could be more generous with the butter she glared at me and, "No I can put some butter on it thats it." The new guy that works there is very nice it is the females that are the problem (not all but that 1). I have overheard others complaining about their behavior as well. It is sad because I loved coming here. I hope no one else gets treated this way. Disappointed read more

Update... my last review was in regards to the slow service, long lines and discontinued small size popcorn. Lines are a little better, still forced into buying a large... just GOT WORSE! Now they DON'T EVEN FILL THE BAGS UP! They leave about 3-4 in from the top and fold it over. Just awful how they have steered people into $2 for half a bag of popcorn! No longer buying from them.... sadly. read more

I'm disappointed. The stand use to be run by an older gentleman and young man. Always greeted by smiles and asked what you wanted. Now? Run by these kids that don't even want to work there. No smiling, no words, just the nod of his head to see what you want. A lady behind me asked him several times if they took CC and he just stared at her dumbfounded as if she was talking a different language. So she said cash only or CC as well and he nodded his head to signify yes. She's like yes to what? Cash only? Or CC as well.l? And he pointed at her at the end. I'd suggest better employees if you want to keep having repeat customers. Preferably employees that speak. read more

I needed specific colors of M&Ms and other goodies for my sister's birthday party. They had the exact things I needed and everything arrived quickly and was perfection. Not only that but when I discovered that I had accidentally ordered too much of one color and not enough of the other... they happily sent me an extra bag of M&Ms for free! LOVE THIS COMPANY... would definitely order from them again. read more

I can only say that I am disappoint that they will be charging me 34.99 to ship to a Air Force Base in Tucson AZ. Normally this is a free ship because I order over 150.00 worth of goods. When I called to complain about the extreme shipping fees the sale rep said she did not know why but would only discount it $10.00. This company lost two sales because I normally send a Nuts.com box to both sons. One serving in AZ and the other is in FL. Sorry, Not a fan anymore. read more

The line is always so long when I get to Newark Penn station after work that I've never tried it. The other day, I was there around 1:45 pm and there was no line so I decided to check it out! I asked for a small bag of popcorn and the young lady asked if I wanted a topping. She told me all of the toppings are listed in the front glass. Good to know for future purchases. They had regular toppings and premium toppings. I didn't get to finish reading all of them because a line started behind me and I didn't want to make it obvious I was a newbie. LOL. I opted for plain butter on top because I love butter movie theater popcorn, and kettle, and cheddar, maybe I love more flavors than I thought. The small bag was $2 and you get a lot. I liked the taste of the popcorn and the kernel size. Now I understand the long lines. I'll be back! read more

So everyday I go to nuts.com at Newark penn station. And the workers there Rebecca and Shakena treat me so well great Customer service as well.. I even come all the way from NYC just to get a bag of heat Mix and a water.. Ladies keep up the good work!!! read more

I truly enjoy the service the ladies provide. Rebecca and Kenna always make sure that I leave with smile on my face. I've gone there so much, until they know my order. It's a pleasure to know that as a VETERAN, I get treated with great respect. It doesn't hurt that they are very beautiful and very knowledgeable about the products. I hope they stay there. read more

Best popcorn ever ! Rebeca recommended me to try out a combination of Carmel and cheese, although I was very skeptical I decided to give it a try and wow it was awesome ! Fast service & excellent caring workers. read more

Great tasting, fresh nuts & treats. I've used this Co. for years. Great customer service, for those who don't know or forgot what it is, it's when you have a problem with your product, delivery service or anything, they come to the rescue. Thank-you Nuts.com. Please note I'm a real customer and not someone the Co. knows. read more

HORRIBLE since the workers/owners changed? Use to be a middle aged guy and a young guy and they were fast and clean. Now it is SOOO slow. I cannot wait 15 minutes for popcorn when I have a train to catch. It now seems that all of the people buying there are local to newark and do NOT head to the NJ transit train lines (but to more of the local transports). The pictures below are of the GOOD workers. Now, the people there really do not want to be there, and it shows Last time I was there, they had 5 people that had already paid waiting to get their popcorn. The popcorn was cooked, the workers were just talking to each other read more

I purchased 5lbs of sugar free mini peanut butter cups from nuts.com and overall it was a good experience. My reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is that I took one star away because some of the chocolate had melted and stuck to the inside of the bag, something to consider when ordering chocolate during warmer temperatures. read more

I buy online from nuts.com regularly because they have great products and superior customer service. Easy ordering, prompt delivery - and if there are ever any problems, they make it right. The best nuts of every kind - salted, unsalted, roared, raw, organic and not. And everything chocolate covered is irreducible - my favorites - dark chocolate hazelnuts, almonds, and macadamias - and dark chocolate graham crackers (full size and minis - the best!). read more

Never even purchase anything from this business and have no intention based on my experience described below - just inquired the price of demerara sugar online as my local retailer was experiencing some temporary interruptions due to the epidemics ( the price was way beyond unreasonable, by the way). Cannot shake off their aggressive advertisement since then. My preferred retailer is back on track and I have a headache of a pest advertising products I will never buy from this business, even if the price id right. read more

I guess since they purchase and repackage items it is not necessary for them to post an expiration date on products. Unless its in code. Also not enough info on pkg. Wont order from them again. read more

The staff rocks and popcorn is hands down the best. Super fresh. It's part of my daily ritual to stop by on the way home from work. There's usually a line but it moves quickly. I recommend the cheddar cheese topping, but there are 10 or so different options. read more

Awesome stand that is hidden off the main concourse near the front entrance of the McDonalds. The popcorn is fresh and there are a variety of seasonings that you can add. A good, cheap snack (1.50) between trains, definitely gave a boost to my mood. read more

Popcorn is great. They seemed to have just changed the workers and it's extremely slow. I can't even get to popcorn without having to wait atleast 10 minutes in line. So majority of the time I can't get it now because I can't wait that long. read more

I am so disappointed with the level of professionalism that exist at your establishment. I buy my popcorn here every evening. Please ensure that new workers are trained properly because their unprofessionalism or professionalism will be the face of your establishment. read more

I needed to purchase candy in bulk to make favors for my daughter's birthday party. I am glad that I found Nuts.com as the layout of the website made it easy for me to find the for the event. The site is very descriptive and notes products that contain nuts and other allergens. The candy arrived quickly and was nicely packaged in a cooler with dry ice. The candy was delicious and the favors were a hit! More importantly, I received excellent customer service throughout the process--I was notified when the package was shipped, the tracking number, and when I had a question about the product, the customer service rep was very attentive. I will use Nuts.com again in the future for the next party. read more

Not really sure who is giving these glowing reviews. I suppose employees or relatives. I ordered 5 pounds of pecans and I could have saved a considerable amount of money and would have received a superior product if I would have purchased from Walmart or Kroger. Many and I do mean many of the nuts were broken into small pieces and a number were dark and bitter. I wrote customer service to complain but did not even receive a "sorry, we'll do better next time." They were probably all busy writing glowing reviews on Yelp. Perhaps their storefront delivers a better product and they save the non-usable for their online sales. I won't be buying again from nuts.com. read more
