The fruit arrived warm, not cool, around 6 p.m. The pineapple was brown on the backside and tips, and the strawberries, including the chocolate-covered ones, also had brown spots. Only the grapes and melon appeared to be in good condition. We discarded most of it. The more concerning issue, however, was the interaction my wife had with a salesperson during a follow-up call, the salesperson was overly defensive and insisted on a picture. The salesperson also stated she would send a picture she had to 1-800-Flowers if my wife complained to them, which we found surprising and unprofessional. My wife was simply trying to provide feedback and was not seeking a replacement. We have tried to reach out to the owner several time with no success.

We had been texting her (like she asked) to design our order, then when we showed up to pay, she had no clue what we were talking about and got mad when I asked a question about the balloons. Then, she called us back angry that the place they were being delivered had not called her back after we repeatedly told her the window of time they could be delivered. Overall, she just made this experience more stressful than it ever needed to be and I will not be going back there again.

I'm really disappointed with my meal this morning. The pictures attached is the breakfast I ordered sunday morning and the one i got today =( Also I've tried their meal prep twice now. They give A LOT of food and I'm not 100% sure it's not the leftover food from the previous day(s). The breakfasts all seem fresh. The Veggie omelet, hammer wrap, egg burrito, TSEC, Morning Machine, Sweet Potato Pancakes, and protein french toast were all good. All of the chicken dishes I tried taste like the chicken has been reused, dry, and overcooked. (teriyaki, fajita, alfredo, quesadilla). the chicken alfredo was downright disgusting. The steak was good but not cooked to order. The codfish was dry and the shrimp spoiled before I could eat them. I really enjoyed the asparagus, roasted potatoes, and mashed potatoes (doctored up with butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper). The lentil soup was burnt.
