I was a member of my son's PTA Board and I received an information packet on the services offered by the chiropractic center so I invited them to the school health fair. I admit I was a bit skeptical. I said to myself, if they are so great why are they advertising? I'm guilty of judging a book by it's cover. A BIG MISTAKE! Anyhow, Dr. Dave gave a presentation on wellness, spinal health and so forth. I was so impressed that I decided to visit the chiropractic center since I've had some health issues. I suffered from chronic headaches, neck pain and extreme fatigue. I've been a patient of Dr. Dave since May 2010. It's now August and I feel FANTASTIC! I haven't had one headache or migraine since. I have more energy and I'm no longer fatigued on the treadmill after 5 min. I can run longer and stronger and still not feel tired. My sleep pattern is better, work life better, it's weird but my entire mood is just different. Dr. Santucci is also with the practice and he's excellent too. I saw him once when Dr. Dave needed to leave the office. I was just as pleased. He gave recommendations to other doctors in the area who share the same beliefs the total health and well-being of their patients. As for their office staff (Lori, Diana & Marty) They are friendly and very professional. I believe they know every patient by name. It's a very cozy atmosphere. They accept most insurance plans and even if you don't have insurance; payments are affordable. Weekly visits consist of a weight in, review of food journal and plan for the next week. She only takes cash and checks. She will not bill your insurance company directly. I paid in cash and checks. I never received an invoice for those payments. I asked her to submit my invoices to my insurance company for reimbursement, and she told me she did. After a few weeks, I called my insurance company to see status of payment. They told me they had never received them. I followed up with Toni, gave her my insurance information again, and she told me she would submit the invoices. I once again followed up with my insurance company and they did not get them. Once I stopped going on a weekly basis, she became upset and sent me some hostile text messages. I told her I had some other medical issues, and was waiting to be reimbursed by my insurance. She eventually emailed me an invoice for $50 for a missed appointment. This was the 1st invoice I ever received from her, after spending close to $700. I again asked her for my previous invoices. Now she is refusing to send me them until I pay the $50 for 1 missed appointment. A professional would play these games with clients. I would not recommend her.
