I feel great at 64! I have tried Ozempic (3 months), Wegovay (6 months), and Weight Watchers, which worked better for me. Regarding the 'lights' it was explained how the scheduling is done and the possibility of losing one's session. I agreed to the terms, and should I need to reschedule, I will do everything possible to give them 24-hour notice. If not, I agreed to their terms, and there is nothing to say they did not let me know. The front desk is okay. There have been no issues thus far; I do not anticipate any, as they have been delightful and professional.
