I walked in after going to the gym to look for a protein shake or bar. To my surprise the guy at the counter had his friend on speaker and was talking to him while I was there. Very unprofessional. There was also a girl hanging around not sure if she was a employee or a friend. I asked him where the pre-made protein shakes were and he pointed me in the direction of the fridge. I heard the girl say you can make her a shake to which I heard no response. I'm guessing he would rather be on the phone. Stopped by for my first time to check it out and I have to say, by far one of the nicest managers I've dealt with. I tried to return 3 products that I purchased the previous evening and I was told by the gentlemen working that I couldt get a refund because it was upto his discretion, how rude. The products werent open and I was nothing but nice about it. At the same time I contacted every nutrishop in a 15 mile radius whose employee's and a few owners assured me that there was a return policy. I don't know hat to say because I was never informed of this store not having a return policy nor does it say anything on the receipt. I've never heard of a store that doesn't have a return policy. No one should waste there time going here because they could have gotten everything here online, for much cheaper! Plus online stores have return policies and just in case they don't they let you know... BTW, GNC is far better. read more

Their quality of customer service definitely has gone down. The employee who helped me a few days ago seemed very unprofessional, constantly cussing in front of me and my boyfriend. I inquired about the price of a lvft headband and he had no idea what it was, he assumed it was $15. I checked online and they were only selling it for $4. I regrettably purchased over $100 worth of lvft clothing with this employee. I wished I asked for a store receipt, I'm now wondering if he overcharged me. These people are patient and take the time to work with you. Yes they want to make sells but they will sell you what you need to reach your goals. People here who write up about returning items need to go in with aro ugh idea of what they want and actually commit to it. But I tried to return a Nutrishop branded unopened item (I did lose the receipt), two days later they were very unaccommodating. Again - no one else but Nutrishop sells this item. They didn't event try to help me exchange for something else. I kept the powder, but I will never go back, and I will not recommend their products to my tri teammates either. read more

I visited a different location last week for a product and not only did I not have a good experience, feeling being over sold, but I felt the price was too much for what I came for. I went in looking for something to help maximize my workouts & loose a few lbs so the seemingly knowledgable guy points me right in the direction of the most expensive "diet pill" I took it for 2 days it made me sick & extremely sleepy. I don't have a sensitivity to caffeine yet somehow this supplement made me feel gross. I returned this product hoping to get a refund & to my dismay they will only issue a store credit. I asked to speak to the manager who the fella called on the phone & he I was told was apparently was too busy to speak to a me. Quite sad. I will not shop here ever again. I was really disappointed coming to this place. I called in advance to make sure that they would online price match because I was told that all Nutrishops are different. I was told that they would price match so I drove down to this place because I was given a gift card that could only be used at this location and when I picked out what I was look for asked for a price match they tell me they can't mark it down because it's as low as it can go. I used my gift card here because it's the only place that I can use it for but I will never be back here again the Nutrishop at Mira Loma is 100% better the staff is always willing to go above and beyond! read more

Anyways, I heard one of the employees talking to another customer and it sounded very condescending.
