This place will be my new go to for protein. It is a small place ran by two very knowledgeable…read moreowners who are nice and aren't trying to rip you off like when you go to other places. I walked in looking for a certain protein, which they did not have however, the owners were very helpful in helping me to find what I needed and I walked out with something better then I was looking for. Many supplement stores carry so many products with fillers and other garbage. The owners here take pride in what they put on their shelves. They have been in the industry for a long time and only put the best products on their shelves. The owners even create their own brand of protein and pre workout called Steel Nutrition. The owners don't push their brand they go based off of what you are looking for and can give you a background on it all! While I was in the store multiple customers were coming in raving about the Steel Nutrition, the owners told me about it and with all the people coming in I had to try it. The owners were very generous and whipped me up a shake to try. It was awesome you can tell it doesn't have all the crap other proteins have. They even gave a sample center where you can get samples of stuff to take home before purchasing a whole thing. They have a reward program and even online ordering! Great place!

This used to be the absolute best pharmacy on the island hands down. They expanded, as they should…read morehave given their amazing customer service in the beginning, and I have never been more disappointed prior to this week with both the pharmacy and their delivery service combined. I have not one but 2 credit cards on file. The pharmacy technicians don't call me to set up delivery anymore as they are too busy, which is fine. Their delivery system RX2GO no longer sends any text message to confirm delivery or provide a link to track where the driver is and what time you should be expecting a person considering you have to sign for it. Yesterday, Friday- after speaking with one of their newer pharmacists whom ensured me my antibiotics for a severe mouth infection were out for delivery- never did she mention a single word about a second medication being delivered that was not provided earlier in the week nor did she ever inquire about ANY payment note that apparently was written for the delivery drivers to collect "$65 CASH OR NO MEDICATION TO BE LEFT WITH CUSTOMER". Patients go to pharmacies. Not customers #1. #2. One of the owners assured me this was not the case and I would have my medication without issue. Needless to say. I did not have $65 cash payment to give a random delivery driver that was never something that ever occurred in over 8 years of using Main Source, and the driver explained this "strict" note on my account forced him to keep my medication from me and drove away with it. I tried reaching out to Main Source a second time after the incident which was not surprisingly unsuccessful as they are closed on Saturdays. I am awaiting a second attempt of the medication delivery today with no clear indication of the RX2GO drivers arrival. I contacted the "operator" of RX2GO whom was able to assure me I must have $65 cash payment or they will leave a second time with medication that is imperative to stop an infection from potentially spreading to the optic nerve in my eye and eliminating a trip to the emergency room. I have previously written an amazing review for this pharmacy, however this experience has left me with no choice but to warn others of the potential and to request all of my prescriptions be released to ensure this can never happen again.

Thankfully they were, because that's when I found Zach and the Mung bean. The establishment doubles as a vitamin/supplement shop, in addition to serving up fresh juice and smoothies. The options are plentiful (juices, smoothies, wheatgrass shots) and REAL! Unlike some major chains who use fruit concentrate, etc. All the fruits and veggies used are kept in a large double door cooler towards the back of the store. If you're getting a juice, they'll juice it to order and right in front of you. I was given a few samples of other customer juice/smoothie orders, in a 1oz taster which is a nice touch but also a good strategy to keep you coming back to potentially order something new the next time around. Overall the customer service is great, the ingredients are quality, and the prices are fair!
