Found out about Total Nutrition from being a member at Lifetime and I also follow them on…read moreInstagram. I bought a few meals here to try them out, the meals are from "Good Eats Cafe" in Amityville. Let me start off by saying the guy who helped me at Total Nutrition was super nice and helpful. He told me about some of the meals and the ones he liked. I ended up buying 3 meals and he threw in a wrap for me to try, saaaa-weet. Meals are $8.50 a piece, and they come with nutrition labels so you can keep track of everything. I tried the chicken caesar wrap delicious and I also tried the chicken with turkey bacon wrap and I liked that one even better. I didn't care for the flavor of the turkey bolognese with whole wheat pasta. I enjoyed the chicken diablo as it had a nice kick, and the meal was so big I couldn't finish it. I unfortunately could not try the 3rd entree of the BBQ chicken with brown rice as it went bad before I could eat it :(. So the food from Good Eats Cafe would be 3 out of 5 stars for me. Getting a quick look around the store the place is tiny, but has a lot to choose from. Protein, supplements, complete cookies, quest bars etc. There are a few parking spots upfront, but they also have additional parking in the back. I'd come back to see what else they have to offer.
