The young lady at the front was very apologetic and attempted to call me before my arrival. I didn't get the call because I was already in route. There was no need to express my frustration with her because she's the messenger. This is a matter that management/ owners of the establishment should deal with. What took place this morning was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and simple poor business practice. The hydration therapy service that is provided here is definitely something this area needs because of the benefits it offers. However, I could easily venture out to other area that offers the same services with a more convenient schedule and reliability, but I choose to give this location a try after being referred here for other services that I have been very pleased with. Would I recommend or refer others here? Absolutely for any other service other than the hydration therapy treatment.
