I was parked in Etobicoke in a ZipCar I had rented after the advice, and while channel surfing I could pickup WNED 94.5 HD from Buffalo, though faintly with a little noise in between a Hamilton country station and CBC Radio 2. The factory radio in the Chrysler Pacifica I drove is not very good and drops stations that others hadn't. I was ready to drive all the way to St. Catharines for another retailer/installer that's big in town but the clerk sent the wrong link as I requested info on an HD model so I won't be making the drive. Speakers might not be the issue, and a better head unit and probably an amp might be good advice. I've heard the same advice and it rings true.

I went with George's recommendation on radio/ knobs and face plate and that's the one I bought and he had it special s from the supplier in Nevada USA. Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. I was so…read morepissed off with ASD (Audio Sound Design) at Hwy 7 Markham that I hit the search engine in search for alternative. Darn it, I was even prepared to go to west end just to get a real pro. It was a blessing I found these guys. Nards and Chris are both technicians from the Philippines (which speaks volumes about their technical skills, polite demeanor and friendly attitude) with years of experience and they, among other in-house techies, run the shop. Very professional and knowledgeable without a fuzz. Prices are extremely reasonable if not downright cheap (which means you were only getting robbed from other shops knowing the real price for the job is). Booking an appointment is sometimes challenging but they'll try to accommodate you if they can. Parking is a bit of a challenge but not impossible as McDonalds is close nearby.
