Stay away from this garage. They have sold me the car recently with the fake safety certificate. Two days later the dangerous issues was found by a mechanic in the car -rear shoks were leaking, rear brake leaking, exhaust hanger broken, front coil spring broken. The car could not have passed the safety test it was a dangerous to drive this car on the road. After I have returned this car to the dealer and question how the safety test was passed, I did not received any explanations. Be mindfull the dealer put this car back on sale immidiately and they selling it with tyhe " safety passed". read more

Free Wifi ! Results : muffler pipe cracked off. Expert told me good thing that it's all Stainless Steel. It can be repaired/fixed for $90. He also noticed wiper blade was broken $15. It was. Excellent service!!!!! Honest and caring suggestions. Changed the breaks and rotors of my Dodge Journey R/T. Upon receiving my call and the urgency, they immediately managed to squeeze me in their busy Saturday schedule. Yep, there were at least 20 cars getting services or waiting to be serviced when I reached there. They fixed the breaks in scheduled time. Before starting the job, they explained in details, gave suggestions and got my opinion. I am thoroughly pleased with their customer service, quality of work and professional suggestions. This place is where I come to get my oil changed. Now I have a mechanic, so if my car has big problems I take it to them and there great..... BUT I guess they feel like something as small as oil changes and other small stuff don't matter, The last time I did an oil change with them they didn't put my windshield washer fluid cap but on. So with that.... I decided to go to Midas, LOVE THEM. Great people that take the time to learn ur name, they have good packages, so I go in for one thing, everything gets checked out and most importantly I trust the people working on my car. All I can say is truly excellent , I'd give a six star if I could .Nice clean open view shop. They are honest, friendly , get you in and out as quick as they can . Reasonable rates and customer satisfaction oriented . Being a woman my ex used to take care of the car maintenance and I was worried I might get taken advantage of being a woman . I was super impressed and an oil change on my diesel SUV vehicle. It was was extremely less cost than what the dealership wanted and I was in and out quick ! Midas is currently promoting $29.99 and $49.99 summer special oil change packages. I walked into this location today in hopes of obtaining a cost effective oil change. What a rip off, I was charged $72.32 with tax and the clerk refused to lower the price. I was told my car needed more expensive oil. I have had this vehicle for 3 years and was never charged such an outrageous amount. Very dishonest and dissatisfied. I will never return to Midas. At least Mr Lube charges $50 flat and the service is honest. Midas is a joke! read more
