I wanted to enjoy this place so I could support a local business…read more But because I didn't know to tell them when booking that I didn't want one area massaged, she stopped until the other therapist finished that area on my friend. Apparently when you have 2 people getting a massage in the same room, the two therapists have to work in "tandem" (per my therapist). Why, I don't know. Then the owner told me after that I should've know to tell her my request when booking because full body massage means that you have to include every part of the body and that this direction is "all over their website." I have no reason to buy anything there again. Oh, and they texted the morning of the massage to push our appointment out 1.5 hours with no apology.

In fact they actually argued with me over a fill. I did not want to fill and I clearly asked for them to take them off back-and-forth back-and-forth, they argued with me over a fill just tell me you without telling me you don't wanna do your job. Not to mention, they didn't even take off all of the paint from my last set to do the fill, and you can literally see where they filled the nail in. My sister's nails tragic as well. They at an like actually an they sky. Tell me why my sister's nails point to the sky. The customer service is bad and I called ahead and asked these people if they could do nail art they sent me down in the chair and I am told that they do not nail art at all so if you were looking for a place with nail art or they can do nails. The older woman with short light hair cut over 8 inches off. She started cutting then asked if that was ok. Really? What was she gonna do if it wasnt ? Reattach it? Obviously it didnt matter at that point if it was ok or not. It was done. If I ever return to that place, I'll be sure to ask for someone else, but the chances of me returning is pretty slim. This guy didn't even soak, push back or trim my cuticles, nor massage my hands with lotion. I asked for my nails to be square, he did them round. I have fat white straight lines going across my nails. My toenails were cut way too short & you can see through the polish. He even massaged my feet with water still all over them. Not to mention, one of their kids proceeded to sit next to me the ENTIRE TIME touching & poking me, bothering me to watch a show where Mickey & Minnie were on Steroids & Donald & Goofy shot themselves in the head.
