They had a number of HS8's that were blems listed on eBay, and I messaged them my price. They agreed. I couldn't raise the money until much later; but I contacted them directly. They said they could still sell a pair at that price. My parents were paying for much of them, but were skittish about payment. They agreed to cross-ship payment and speakers. When no speakers arrived, we wondered if we were getting played - and my parents elected to cancel the check. Turned out the guy at Muzeek World decided that his "B Stock" was "deep B Stock", and didn't want to sell it in that condition. He sent them back to Yamaha, and had NEW ones sent to me as a replacement - and Muzeek World agreed to do this BEFORE the check was sent out. I wouldn't have expected such trusting terms. I got my new HS8's (which, if not the prettiest-sounding speakers, translate EXCEPTIONALLY well - which is what I got them for, I love em!) and they got their check. They really bent over backwards to make the deal work. With less ethical customers, it might have led to problems. I think they must do a lot of high-end music gear sales with hard-to-please customers. I believe that their exceptionally high ratings are well-earned. I highly recommend doing business with them. I have no idea if their prices run low or high; but I got an EXCEPTIONAL deal. I recommend just talking to them, to see what they can do.

Super bummed been almost a year and a half and still have not received my wedding pictures or…read morealbum. At first I was super excited and knew i had made the right choice getting them for my photos and video. Transactions went smooth, even the wedding day everything seemed amazing, although I did receive my video, no word on the pictures only got them thru email, mind you i payed over 3k for what stated id get an album and a big pic. :-( all my emails have been ignored so far .. which really sucks. Originally when my husband and I discussed the details for our wedding, we decided to leave out a videographer and just have a photographer. Our thinking was that our family and friends could capture the wedding. Of course, as the wedding got closer I kept thinking "am I making the right choice?" My cousin had a videographer for her wedding and the video was amazing. I wanted someone local to the wedding venue and that wouldn't charge a grip load. I came across Roberts page on Yelp and read the reviews of how helpful he was. Let me tell you, Robert understood where I was coming from. I talked to him on the phone and explained my situation. He was able to put me on a payment plan and we agreed that I would receive the video when full payment was complete which is only fair. I was able to finish payment a couple months after the wedding (not many people allow this, usually full payment by the day of) and the video came out better than I imagined!! Overall, he provided quality work that gave us a lifetime of memories from our special day that we get to share with our children and even grandchildren. The drone was epic, our whole family teared watching the highlight film and the payment plan itself, allowed me to finish payment even after the wedding. Our family and friends tell us how our wedding was the best that they've been too.
