The proof is in the pudding, go look at my website…read more... Www.85-15lifestyle.com I sincerely have one of the most beautiful user friendly websites I have ever seen! And it started with Bruce, Jason & staff at North Village Group. I was a small business owner that had been taken advantage of by a web designer to the tune of $4500, so I needed someone trustworthy and good because I wasn't going to settle for just ok. Bruce and Jason came to my office, dressed clean and professional. They showed dignity and respect. A quality that showed through with all they did in their work too. They were timely with ALL their work, always, always available to answer all my questions, even the annoying little ones and, they helped me with the things that sounded foreign when it came to codes and understanding how to use my website. I walked away with a solid relationship with them to this day, knowing how to use my website on the backend with blogs and produce services and, the most beautiful website I've seen. I cannot recommend them more!! They run their business with quality and integrity while still having a relatable & caring atmosphere. Thank you, thank you, thank you Bruce, Jason & staff at North Village Group for all you have done and continue to do in helping my business have a successful and expanding website! It has been one of the best investments I have ever made!

After…read moreFranklin showed me the first draft of the website I immediately recognized it as wholesale plagiarism from our competitors' website. I gave him more chances to change it and make improvements, but when he tried his hand at originally creating it, the format was terrible and mistakes were everywhere. We paid for the services up front, unfortunately- $1600. I asked for us to be reimbursed, and for him to not start on the email campaign project. We wanted to be reimbursed, minus the time he spent thus far on our website (only one page was actually created). He said that he would give us back $500, take it or leave it. I decided not to take it because I didn't want it to represent a settlement of some sort, since I had every intention of taking him to small claims. But, after reviewing the contract I saw that there was an arbitration clause. He is absolutely crooked and shameless. Think I'm exaggerating? Google his company + ripoffreport.com.
