Then they turned her overhto their collections dept. This sounds like a scam to trick elderly people into paying amounts that they do not owe. And their customer service is horrible. I waited 2.5 hours on 2 separate occasions over the past 2 days to speak with their billing dept and no one ever picked up, and this was the number provided on their invoice to make payment or ask questions. Very poorly run company and impossible to deal with. Now I'm putting together proof that her insurance paid in full for the last 18 months so I can get them to reverse the charges they have billed to her. They are absolutely horrible. There's no other way to put it. Steer clear of them if you can.
