The wheels on the carts they use to bus the tables and bring out the food squeak and are loud rolling across the tile. The amount of shrimp is fairly decent. I came kind of an off hour at close to 3 PM, so the food probably wasn't the freshest, but it was still really tasty. The shrimp is a bit overcooked. Takeout boxes come with an egg roll, fork, napkins, and condiments. Service is always fantastic. The guy who was at this trailer is often at the Pandita Express #2 trailer.
