I broke out all over my face with pimples and bumps that basically turn in to big pimples eventually. I was freaking out lol I never had those kind of bumps before. I booked 2 facials with Shelly and already after the first one my skin looked so so much better. The texture of my skin already looked back to normal the first day after the facial. With some light make up to cover the redness I felt like myself again without having to hide my face from the world anymore lol She is the most kind and caring woman I know. She cares so much about her clients and not only has the greatest knowledge on skin but also knows all about the inner body. She advises me on what to eat, what not to eat, what vitamins to take etc... to make sure my skin goes back on track fast. I feel she is more knowledgeable then a dermatologist as she understands the science behind the body so well. In general just seeing her and being around her energy makes me feel better about my skin even before the actual treatment starts. She is a true master at what she does. No. But it's whatever. I had a Groupon, so what did I expect? My second appt. - My appt was at 10:30. The place was locked, but one of the staff heard me try the door and let me in. They let me know the nurse was running late. Which okay. Life happens. No big deal. About 30 minutes later, she came in, I got my treatment, and went to check out. My Groupon was for a bikini because it didn't list Brazilian as an option on the site, so I was paying additional for the Brazilian. Appt 1 it was $55, today it was $65. So I was like oh, it was $55 last time. The guy then says would I like to bundle it and pay for the next 5 up front, and he'd give me 20%? I was like, "Oh, that's so nice, thank you." So he said that'll be $320. Uhh, that math doesn't math. So I was like, "Oh, I'll go ahead and just pay each time because 55 x 5 is $275, so I'll just stick with that". My third appt. The nurse is close to 45 minutes late because of a flat tire. Which, again, things happen. But now it's getting fishy. She arrives and does my treatment. I walk out of the room afterward, and the two people who work there are very clearly talking about me, haha. I was like, cool, cool. Y'all can say what you want, but maybe don't be so obvious about it. My fourth appt. They cancelled what I had originally scheduled on the 14th and moved it to the 21st. But they at least did that a few days before, so that's a win! Come the 21st, my appt was once again at 10:30, why they do them at that time, I don't know. An hour beforehand, I got a new confirmation changing my appt to 10:45. I wasn't sure how accurate this was, so I got there at like 10:35 because they are always late anyways. Shocker, they aren't open. So I went back to my car. 3 minutes later, I see them in there, so I go to walk in, and as I do they are calling me and cancelling my appt because the machine wasn't working. My fourth/fifth appt. That brings me to today. I got there at 10:30, no one is there. I wait. Still no one. Doors locked. I waited some more. I try calling, I get their automated person, then it rings, then it says your call can't be connected. So I leave. It's now 47 minutes after my appt time, and I haven't heard a word. Working to get my money back. Should have heeded the warnings I'm seeing everywhere now.

She numbed my face prior to the procedure and it did not hurt at all. She educated me well on the post-treatment instructions, and I didn't have any issues at all. I'm already getting compliments about how good my skin looks and that I look younger. I ended up buying two more treatments and will request Suzanna for my next two visits as well! As a nurse I am very careful where I go for procedures that have a possibility of causing damage if they're not performed properly. My technician was accommodating, but the issue for me is much bigger than the technician. I went in for their Monday/Friday special and was steered toward a different neurotoxin than the one I originally booked. What wasn't clearly explained to me were the parameters of the special. I ended up paying more than expected and didn't realize I hadn't received the promotional price until I got home and actually looked at the numbers. I also had a $50 credit from a previous consultation. During that visit, I wasn't medically cleared by the person handling the consultation, but since I was already there, I was offered a very quick technician appointment for $50. I was told that amount would be credited toward a future service. What I wasn't told was that I had to use the credit within one month. Had I known that, I wouldn't have agreed to the appointment. Unfortunately, they refused to apply the $50 because it was past the one-month window. And this isn't the first time I've tried to find a reasonable solution with them. Another time, I purchased one of their packages but ended up having to go out of town for work, so I wasn't able to use the package within the promotional timeframe. I completely understood that the original deal had an expiration date and wasn't asking them to honor the expired promotion. I reached out afterward and simply asked if I could use the face-value amount I had already paid toward another service instead. I was more than willing to forgo the original deal and just apply what I had already spent as a credit. They wouldn't budge -- not even a little. What really bothers me is the lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution. I'm not expecting a business to ignore its policies, but there should be some level of customer service and discretion when a customer is trying to work with you in good faith. After realizing I'd also overpaid for my most recent service, I called to explain my frustration and was again told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to send an email. I'm still waiting for a return call from corporate, so I'm hoping someone there will actually take the time to listen and address what happened. At this point, I've lost hundreds of dollars here between credits, packages, and pricing issues, and I don't feel like there's anyone actually advocating for the customer. I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service is also about communication, transparency, and trying to make things right when something wasn't clearly explained. After multiple experiences where I've tried to be reasonable and meet them halfway, only to be met with a hard "no," I've reached my limit. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
