Nestled within the grounds of the cultural center, it's a quiet place to eat away though the busy street is just a few feet away. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was so delicious from the ceviche (huge portion to share) to the steak which was cooked perfectly. The drinks were also well balanced and tasty. read more

This place is to be avoided at all cost. Invited 2 people here in Feb 2025 for dinner. Had a stomach bug at the time so ordered a broth and a salad, no main course. My guests, who were being polite, also ordered 2 starters, no main course. My broth consisted of chopped vegatables in a tastless liquid with a separate bowl of rice. My salad consisted of a layer of sliced mushrooms covered in lettuce soaked in vinegar. The bill came to €280 approx, including a bottle of Spanish wine. 3 days later I paid for a meal in Zitacuaro for 10 people which included cocktails, starters and main courses for all. The food was excellent and the bill was less. I am giving this place 1 star because I don't have an option to give it no star. Awful food, shocking price and bad service. Stay away. read more

Got reservations at Nueve Nueve as it was recommended as one of the best restaurants in Roma Norte. The restaurant is centrally located on Alvaro Obregón. The decor was beautiful. The service was excellent. The servers were helpful and attentive. The appetizers we ordered (tacos de pato and sopes de chicharrón) we're good but the main courses (albóndigas and enchilada) were average. read more

The service and ambiance were above and beyond. We got stuck in the rain and they let us sit for hours while we enjoyed the cocktails. The food was delicious. Skip it. Completely beautiful design, horrible service, very mediocre food. First, a waiter approached and asked what we wanted to drink or if we wanted appetizers but we'd not yet received any menus. When asked for drink menu, he asked us which one we wanted...wine, cocktails, etc. Sharing that there are 3 different drink menus. We asked for all 3, he got annoyed and stormed off. We ordered appetizers, they came before drinks. They put salsas on the table, which is not uncommon, but later we learned we were charged for the salsas, that we didn't even order. The waiter misheard one guests order and when we advised him, he debated it with us and argued that we'd gotten it wrong. It would be almost acceptable if the food was fantastic but it's not. It was overpriced and service was very weird. Taking plates away and replacing with other plates, like unnecessarily. Beautiful place, odd service, very so-so food, overpriced. Skip it! read more

We came here for date night and the experience was awful. We couldn't decide on a wine so we asked for a recommendation, most wines were $50 but the one they gave us was $120 USD, but we didn't know until the end. My partner barely ate her food bc she was still slightly full from earlier. We asked for a to-go box. The guy said he would box it. He didn't ... he threw it all away. We had octopus and fish tacos. Then they only offered a glass of wine as compensation for the mix-up. It wasn't until we started to visibly show we were upset and someone else came over did they finally give us some money back. This experience completely ruined our date night and time in Mexico. On top of that, they charged us for silverware. Never again! I'd much rather get street tacos than the food and experience here. read more

Came here by chance and ordered 6 different dishes from the menu finding one better than the other, service was great and the octopus was very very well cooked, not soft but crispy on the outside. Came here on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Atmosphere, service, and most importantly, food were all perfect. I was immediately wowed by the interior. It was classy yet modern and hip. We were starving and ordered what felt like one of everything.
