History
Established in 2021.
Nucli Tax Preparation & Notary was founded in May 2021 with one goal: making notary and income tax preparation services affordable for every family. As a mobile Notary Public and California Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP), I saw a need in the Downey community for honest, reliable service without a high price tag or confusing process. That's why I travel directly to clients for notary work — including living trusts and home loan documents — and offer bilingual service in English and Spanish, so language is never a barrier.
From day one, my goal has been to treat every client like family: taking time to explain the process, answer questions, and get paperwork done right. Whether notarizing an important document or preparing an individual or sole proprietor tax return, Nucli Tax Preparation & Notary is built on affordability, accuracy, and genuine care for the community — all by appointment only for personalized attention.
Meet the Business Owner: Mark G.
Hi, I'm Mark, owner of Nucli Tax Preparation & Notary here in Downey! I founded this business in May 2021 because I wanted to bring affordable, honest notary and tax preparation services to families in our community. As a California Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) and mobile Notary Public, I specialize in living trusts, home loan signings, and individual and small business tax returns — and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.
I'm a Cal State Fullerton graduate with a degree in Business Finance, and I'm also a licensed realtor, so I bring a strong understanding of real estate and financial matters to the services I provide. Outside of work, you'll usually find me traveling somewhere new or out on the golf course.
When you work with me, you're not just a transaction — you're getting personalized, appointment-based service from someone who genuinely cares about getting it right. I look forward to helping you and your family!
