The value here for some things are a steal while some things like kreepsville were double the price that was being asked online. Other than that it's a stop you need to hit if you're into punk, metal, ska, psychobilly, and goth. They have everything here. Nuclear Waste used to be a reliable store. They aren't anymore. They only sent me 2 Items out of my almost $80 order. Their only response is that the packer marked it off as packed. 2nd order from them was lost in the mail. I tried to order again, and they flagged me as a bad customer for filing a dispute about never getting my product after not replying to my msg asking about the package. After canceling dispute, it has still been 3 weeks, and the package is still awaiting shipment. I messaged them again, and they tried to blame me for being a bad customer and wanting stuff for free. I love supporting smsll companies, but this one has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have screenshotted all messages and will never deal with them again. I am also redisputing all orders that I have not recieved with my credit card company. I will pay gladly for the one order I got. read more

Worst customer service experience since January order - don't bother - nogodsnomasters has cooler everything & CS there is eager to assist rather than make mistakes & argue back & forth via their user unfriendly messaging system specific to their outfit - it's from like 1999 - cool stuff but terrible communication & awful CS negates all of that. I ordered a t-shirt from this place January the second, it arrived March the fifth so I had to wait a little over two months (I do live in Australia, though). Postage was $15 US. The photo for the t-shirt differs from the actual product. It's not much but the actual t-shirt's print has a slightly shoddier look to it. I could return it but I would have to pay non-refundable postage, there's a 10% re-stocking fee so I would have to pay postage twice and get a fraction of the shirt's listed price. I mean really, what is the point of me even bothering? I honestly feel screwed over. read more

My husband and I came down to TJ and had to check this place out. It is three levels. The main floor is the shoes and music section, top floor is skate shop and comics, and bottom floor is all clothing. They had some good finds and we spent a little over 2000 pesos on stuff. You can't bring bags or backpacks after a certain point so they place in a cubby for you while you explore the store. This place would have received a higher score if we weren't followed the entire time. There was a point where it became too noticeable and the girl told us "I was already working in this section of the store don't think I'm following you." It made the experience feel rushed and I wish it didn't because we could have purchased more. Either way it's a cool place to check out if you're in the alternative scene. read more

Just like previous review, the staff sucks, plain and simple they're also ageist. I wanted to support them since it looked like a cool location and TJ doesn't have many stores like this. I specifically made a one hour and half trip to go see their inventory. My kids wanted to check-out some stuff too since they're really into punk and non-commercial music. We went on 2/20/21 and as soon as we walked it we were greeted with a terrible stare-down from the guy behind the counter he proceeded to say that they had a limit of people that could be inside the store. So I asked how many people could be there since it was 7 of us (3 adult & 4 kids) then suddenly a girl with pigtails and stripped black and white shirt comes storming from the back and yells that children are not allowed on the store and then asked what we were looking for and she would find it for us. ,What the fudge? I wanna look at your inventory smarty-pants people, like who goes to a damn store and doesn't get to look around? No children are allowed? So kids are not allowed to like punk music? I was not about to give you my money to a place that treats people like crap and then proceed to be so unwelcoming. The guy on the back of the counter started goofing around with a walkie talkie (like a toddler) and piggy tail lady stood looking at us all angry like our presence bothered her. Lameeeeee I ended-up driving to the "Artesanías Mercado" and spending all the money I would of wasted with these ridiculous fools. I spent my money with people that were happy to work and sell their items gracefully. Never ever visiting Toxic waste, their employees live-up to the name and are toxic themselves. read more

I headed down to Tijuana from San Diego this weekend and couldn't wait to check out this place. We took a taxi there after having tacos @ Taconazo (amazing fuckin tacos BTW) and were blown away by the music selection! we ended up spending well over 1,000 pesos on music and merch. definitely a recommended spot if you're into metal,Goth,punk,etc. read more
