But one day I decided to give this place a shot. It turns out this one has to be one of the best massages that I've ever received! I was not expecting that! I had 2 different women masseuses the 2 times that I went. They both were AMAZING. When I'm checking in/out for my appointment, I notice your everyday business man/women paying for their hour long massage. Seems like the word about this place already got out. Yes it's in the mall, but they have rooms with walls so you can change and lay down. You can still hear noise around you, but the massage blows any distraction away. Trust me, don't do the 15 minute massage because you'll be upset that you didn't do the 1/2 hour or the hour long massage- if you have time of course! Worth every penny!

Today, I did a 90-minute massage and left a 10% tip. Afterward, the receptionist directly told me that I should leave more because 10% was not enough. I calmly explained that the amount of the tip was my personal choice and that, as a regular customer, I have always left whatever amount I felt was appropriate. Unfortunately, instead of receiving professional treatment, I was met with obvious displeasure and an unpleasant reaction from the receptionist. I believe that customers have the right to decide for themselves how much to leave as a tip, especially when the service has already been paid for. A tip should be a token of appreciation for good service, not an amount imposed on the customer or something that makes them feel uncomfortable. It is very disappointing to be treated this way after many visits and years of loyalty to the salon. I hope management will take this situation seriously and remind the staff of the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism.
