We found Raleigh Headliners in Garner and decided to make the 2 hr drive and give them a shot. Best decision we could have ever made. The new headliner looks like it rolled off the factory in 2006. It is FLAWLESS. The price was very reasonable and the guy was very nice. He told us it would be around 4 hours so we went to Raleigh and loafered. He called us 1.5 hrs later and said he was done. On the day of service, Pater and Mark called to see if they can come earlier due to weather. They arrived on time and explained the whole treatment process to before doing the work. I was a little cautious as the leather is a Porsche tan color seat and worried of discoloration. They basically removed the stain spot and also repaired a worn out area of the center console where the material was 'peeling'. The process was actually quick and took about an hour. Mr. Larry Draughn came out to see my aunt leather couch that had been torn on the armrest and one…read moreseat cushion. He said he could take those 2 pieces apart without taking the whole couch to his shop. He said he found a match of the material at his shop but once he bought the pieces back and "installed" them, my aunt paid him as she was not able to inspect his work because of her disability. Then she had a vistor who sat on that end of the couch he worked on and it fell apart. We could not get the armrest back attached on the couch. Its clear he didn't install the armrest and secure it to the couch correctly and we also realized the chair cushion was understuffed keeping it from looking, feeling full and comfortable after sitting on it and the armrest was overstuffed which did not securely attached to the couch armrest device. I called Mr. Draughn who promised to come back out to fix it (who didn't seem surprised of the issues), but he has not. Several calls and plenty of excuses later about coming back to address the problem we realized he is not truthfull and not going to fix the couch. Please don't use this company/service unless you just want to give away your money for work unfinished and not well done. He is full of excuses but not interested in doing the right thing.

Finding a responsive and professional Refinishing and reupholstering was tough to do. So many times, other places I looked into just ignored me or had 6 week wait to drop off. These great artisans took the chair quickly, were very professional and responsive in helping me pick fabric. They were friendly, speedy and responsive! I was very pleased with the result.
