We have photo evidence--including an image clearly showing rocks still on the trailer, circled in red--proving they were falling off during transit. One of those rocks hit our vehicle, causing damage. We reached out directly to the company's COO and were met with zero accountability. Absolutely no responsibility taken for their negligence. They jacked up my floor under the house and replaced the damaged floor with 3/4 plywood. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody with the same problem that I had.
