I didn't feel any pressure. All my questions were answered and everything has always been explained clearly, the staff is friendly and professional, and there have been no hidden fees or surprises. The location is always clean, and I've never had any issues during my visits. Parking is a little tight because of the main road, but other than that, I have no concerns. Of course, tattoo removal can be painful! Like very painful but having people who genuinely care about your comfort was a plus for me. They check in on how I'm feeling and made sure I was comfortable and allowed me to take little breaks when I need them. That level of compassion really says a lot about the business. I also appreciate that they use up-to-date laser technology that is suitable for all skin types. As an African-American woman, that was especially important to me when choosing a tattoo removal provider. I've also gotten laser hair removal as well. Ryan, my nurse and co-owner of the facility, does the HRT. I went to him after having a horrible experience at a different facility. He is so caring and thorough. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and focus on their specific needs. He's also very gentle with injecting the pellets - I still yelp when he does it though as the initial stick always gets me! It makes him laugh though. So glad I can provide him with a little entertainment during the procedure. Sophie has done my facials and also did my laser hair removal, and she's amazing! Lately, I've been scheduled with Gabbie for my facials, and she's awesome too. Just like Sophie, Gabbie always knows exactly what my skin needs--I usually don't even know what kind of facial I'm getting, but I trust her completely and my face always glows afterward. She's so sweet, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I genuinely enjoy my appointments with both of them! Stephanie and Dani are the nurses that do my IV therapy. They are so sweet! Love them too! When I come in for the IV, they already know I actively stay dehydrated - I just work so hard that I forget to stop to eat and drink! So they offer me water as soon as I walk in. The subsequent visits, have not been the best to be honest. The ladies doing the laser are a bit rough and not as gentle. Dr. Kusuma will not ask you to sign endless documents stating that no matter what happens, he is not responsible for the result. 2. Dr. Kusuma will not use general anesthesia for your surgery. 3.
