This review is specific to my experiences with Botox at Ideal Image. They should stick to laser hair removal because for that, they get 5 stars. The Botox price at ideal can't be beat, but that's because at most other places the price includes the expertise of the injector. At ideal image the injectors are fresh out of whatever school they went to, if any. You will NEVER get the same person 2x. They argue with you when you tell them how many units you want. I wanted 6 units in my forehead because I want to retain some movement. Technician said I should get 20 and eventually I let her talk me into 10. I said I do not want droopy eyelids so please be careful. I've had droopy eyes on 2 other occasions at the same location. What are my results 2 weeks later? My forehead is completely frozen, might work for some, it's not what I wanted. I can't lift my eyebrows at all. But, worst of all, my eyelids are so swollen and droopy, more so on the left side so it's super uneven on top of it. I am so upset. Now I get to walk around like that for about 6 weeks until it starts to wear off. Sure, I have no lines, but I look like I got punched in both eyes, so you decide what look you would like. read more

I paid $3,000 for cool sculpting that I was told would permanently remove fat from love handle area. They said final results would be seen 3 mo after last visit. I don't notice any improvement at all in that area and I've actually lost 5-6 lbs. save your money or get lipo. This is a big scam. read more

Went a month ago for Botox, got 40 units that never worked. Called last week to advise. They made an appointment for me to come today went thinking the situation was going be be resolved. Instead I was advised I needed 52 units and asked how I wanted to pay. I explained I was under the impression I was being seen to correct the issue. Naturally I wasn't going to pay more for a defective product. Asked to speak with the Manager and she wasn't helpful at all, just said I need to call corporate. Okay so I've been waiting to leave this review for a reason. I went in 2 weeks ago to see about a promotion they had for laser hair removal. It's a procedure I have wanted for YEARS but couldn't afford and also was scared to get because I've heard horror stories about people with darker completions getting scarred or burned because of it. So I went in and waited for a little while because they were behind schedule but the place itself was nice. I met with a British woman but I can't recall her name. She told me about the procedure and about the deals I could get. She had one of the nurses come in to look at the area to tell me what I'd need and they told me that they would throw in free underarms because they had that special going. Now the British lady was super sweet but clearly the sales person of the bunch. I can see how anyone else would have felt pressured like a few reviews I've seen on here said but in my case I REALLY wanted this done and by professionals and I was sold on the fact that they 1. Had the YAG laser that I did research on. 2. Had Nurse Practitioners here. 3. The Nurse Practitioner that looked at me was black so I trusted what she said in regard to the laser. I hope to get her again. So I signed up for it and got my first procedure. It was kind of painful when they got to the underarms but overall it was okay. They said that the hair will seem like it's growing back but will actually fall out and that exfoliating will help it. This is true! Lately they've been dropping out. Now the only con was just a lack of information. I asked them over and over if there's anything I shouldn't do and they said no tweezing and no waxing. Okay that's good. But then I had a bump on my chin area near my lips. I squeezed it thinking it was a pimple but it was an ingrown hair. I plucked it not thinking and now that area has a scab over it. That was my fault but I didn't know I'd still get ingrowns. Now it IS super expensive even with the deals but I'd rather pay more and have it done right. Also, like I said, they have nurses there so I'm sure that contributes to the price. I will update with my progress. 12/8 - The first time I came to this location just a few months ago was to get a touch up on my underarms. I had them done in 2009 in the Orlando, Waterford Lakes location. I've been taking Biotin for the past two years and being that I used it for nail and hair health did not help. The treatment has a lifetime guarantee, although, you have to pay for touch ups. My touch up was only $40. While getting the treatment I asked about other treatments. The lady who did my treatment checked out what I wanted to have done and said I was a candidate for the treatment. I went to the front counter and they gave me a quote. They had a special going on for all 3 packages. I picked the best package for me. They told me they had an opening that evening so I was able to come back. Unfortunately, the laser was too much to bear and I got prescribed the numbing cream and was able to make another appointment at a later date. The staff, beginning with the front staff, is super friendly and professional. Most of the people that work here have gotten most treatments if not all and they really understand your doubts and fears and put them all at ease. I have been receiving laser hair removal for over a year, was "guaranteed hairless" skin after 18 full sessions & now a year later I still have hair. At the consultation I was told that I would loose at least two inches from my stomach and from my upper chest and chin. In reality I lost nothing from any of these areas. I'm very happy with this place. The staff is very nice , and the practitioners are very knowledgeable and friendly. The clinic is clean and tidy.wait time is punctual. As far as treatments go I'm on my 2/3 session of the ultra therapy and when I first was interested I spoke to a corporate rep over zoom she did explain the procedure as is but did not tell me that it would be very very uncomfortable. I have a high pain threshold and it still hurt. They initially booked my procedure for one session. I don't think most people can even handle one session of this. So my first session was without numbing cream and omg it hurt! It felt like I was getting a never ending tattoo on my face and I had a headache for 3-4 days after the procedure. My headache went away and my face felt good. At the clinic they explained to me this is better in 3 sessions and gave me an Rx for numbing cream, and the cream really does help expect you do feel it when they do the blue light pass that's the deepest layer but it's not to to bad with the cream. I did have some spots were I missed application of the cream and ouch! But yeah I recommend numbing cream and Tylenol after. So let's see in 6months the results this procedure is a waiting game because it's working from the inside out. Ever since Raquel left the Ideal Image office in Plantation, the place has gone down in customer service. There is no consistency in the front desk, people don't seem to stay long enough to be train properly. There is no good bed side manner from the front desk, when dealing with financials aspects of it. The way Talia handle herself at the front desk today, was unprofessional and disrespectful, instead of dealing with a customer as she should, she was coming across rude and on the defense mode. I will not be recommending services with ideal image to my friends, I have spend over 2k there and my experience today was horrible and has sealed the deal for me. I came here after seeing my friends results. She's almost done her sessions and there is no hair growth what's so ever on her bikini or armpits. I'm on my 4th session for my legs and armpits and completed only 1 session on my bikini + peri anal (because I purchased this later on). After the first session I saw results immediately (obviously I have way more sessions to go). Results? I am very happy with my currents results and plan on updating after I've completed all my sessions. Price? It's hella expensive but they use the best laser on the market and it actually works. Pain? Hurts like a ......... The PA's are super nice but the girl at the front has a fake personality. Okay so the laser hair removal experience in itself isn't the best process to endure.. it's painful (somewhat), uncomfortable and just downright not fun. I knew it was something I needed to do regardless, I'm Italian so needless to say we're thick maned creatures. So I had a friend recommend me Ideal image, not thrilled with the experience but I hesitantly agreed to check them out. Am I honest when I say I absolutely loved my first experience here? No. But they were efficient and got me in and out with no problems. I will admit I felt like caddie being herded to open a credit account and charge it to the max with different areas, and every time I come in I feel the same way. I always get asked if want a new procedure to add on the card, and when I say no, they push and push. I'll admit they're persistent. The prices are astronomical, however, you are paying for the product you are getting. I suggest if you are debating about coming here or getting a service, you wait to see if they are having a special or hassle them a bit about the price. They're more desperate for your business than you are for them. BUT the good thing I can say about them is that they are super efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I'm not looking for super friendly and hospitable when it comes to burning off my hair follicles. The PA's that do the procedures understand your limitations when it comes to your pain threshold and are always willing to give you a break if asked. So all in all, I like Ideal Image and I will be a return customer if in the future I'd like something else removed because I know the laser itself is top notch. Was a customer here many many years ago when I had my under arms done. At the time I would've given it five stars as well. Then came back recently to have my legs done however I accidentally scheduled at this particular location instead of the Coral Springs location. Anyway the site has been remodeled and is very clean and definitely takes in the consideration current Covid precautions and social distancing. Appointment was easy to make after having an online consultation to add my legs to a previous package I had received. I arrived at the time of my appointment and was taken back immediately and everything was explained. Establishment was particularly clean and I was in and out in the time that I expected. Okay so like all good things come to an end. My ten sessions came to an end and now I still find myself shaving and getting to work and realizing my face is full of hair. After paying 3k for my full face/neck and 1k for my sisters upper lip and another 1k for my sisters total of 5k. I like other ppl here feel ripped off. I was really caught by the customer sales pitch they sold me on and till this day every time I make a payment it reminds me of money down the toilet and a scar a now carry next to my lip from one of the sessions. It's really disappointing how they swear by their treatments but to be honest my for us three mother sister and myself included we first started seeing the hair diminish but now it's just a longer period of time before the growth but it does come back. Our hair growth is dark black and thick. I have a friend that did her hair body removal in Body details and she had a better experience but her hair is dark but thin. Horrible!!! I use to come to this office in particular for laser hair removal and the PAs they had there were great. I recently went for touch up a few months back and the PAs there were only interested in making me wait as they talked about their personal life at the front desk. When she finally brought me back she only did one pass and it was a half A$$ job. I paid for my bikini area and underarms and I was in and out within 10min. They were just wanted to get me out so they can finish taking about their lip injections. My hair never went away after that and I'm still left shaving, like I never had it done. Mind you touch ups are not for free. Waste of money and time. I will never return to this location ever. If this company knew what was good for them, they would replace the PAs with new ones if they wish this location to stay in business. 03/2019 I called the number several time to speak to customer service but no answer... is there a direct line? After waiting more than an hour I called to reschedule. This appointment was booked six weeks in advance. They had no availability (based on their schedule and my vacation) until July 20. I was super disappointed in my experience here. I came a few weeks before my wedding to get dysport which I had done before at a different location & was happy with the results my first time. This time, not so much. I'm not sure if my injector was just inexperienced but I ended up fainting because I could feel blood trickling down the side of my face after a few injections! I have never had that happen before and it definitely scared me. I ended up having really bad bruising in that injection spot that didn't go away for about a month, so I had bruising on my face on my wedding day. I also feel like the location of my injections was incorrect as I have formed a pretty severe crease below my hairline. I was a big fan of Ideal Image after my first experience but after this experience I really wouldn't recommend going here, maybe they need more training. I could have hurt myself when I fainted, luckily I didn't have much damage other than the awful bruising on my face. As an update, I did receive a call from the manager and was offered absolutely nothing other than a "sorry that happened". So I'm not sure why they reached out to "provide a resolution". Ideal Image has lost a customer and I'm hopeful they will lose more after potential customers read this review. This place is a scam! First of all, I got priced gauged like crazy. I should of listened to my gut. I am a student, and I explained that financially i was in a tight situation to begin with. I went for a consultation anyways. Ashley said she would do me a favor and reduce the price by 70% if I signed the contract during that consultation. I should of realized I was being price gauges then. Instead of $24,000 - they would do it for $5,000. I thought I was getting a deal, how could I turn it down? I clearly wasn't thinking straight. Then I went on Groupon and saw that most places are charging $200-300 for what I paid 5k for! I called the company three times to talk to someone about this. Each time I was told Ashley wasn't in the office and she would have to call me back. Of course she did not call me back. If I was price gauging clients left and right I would be taking all the vacation I could too. Then when I finally got a manager on the phone, she tried to explain to me that they are more expensive bc they use the right equipment and they get better results. Well I know my mom, my friends and my cousins who all received Laser hair removal from other companies (for around the price of $200-$300) that had way better results than what I have had with Ideal image. The ladies at the front desk seem really nice and caring, on your first - 2 visits. Then after that no one wants to do anything or talk to you! HORRIBLE!! Hands down the most unprofessional place I have ever gone to. When I did my consultation I paid for a full Brazilian + stomach. Upon my first appointment I was told I did not have enough hair to do my stomach. Then the people who worked up front told me it was no issue that I could keep that as credit if I ever decided to do another body part. Well that was a lie!! I haven't been able to schedule my appointment now for 4 weeks because I supposedly have an outstanding balance for something that was supposed to be turned in to credit!! This is ridiculous!! They promise something until they take your money and then turn around and say they never said that!! Even the manager of this location has horrible customer service, she has been promising to call me back for almost a week now and she hasn't!
