If it were not for God answering our prayers, leading me to this company, and the hydration and IV nutrients that were provided by Flow IV, the illness may have potentially gotten even more challenging; e.g., dehydration, worsening of symptoms, etc... She was transparent, knowledgeable, and incredibly resourceful when it came to navigating insurance approval, billing, and co-pays. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Jahsell at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Her kindness immediately put both my mother and me at ease. And to wrap up an already wonderful experience, Maurice's bedside manner was outstanding. He made my 88-year-old mother feel comfortable, cared for, and safe throughout her treatment.
