Hiring dependable people (professional and staff) who actually show up for work, and/or fulfill their contract and are responsible and competent workers has been difficult. Thus, hours and staff have had to be adjusted. I see some negative comments here, and am sorry for those difficulties, but I encourage people to discuss issues with the manager/Pharmacist or a staff person to resolve issues more satisfactorily. . Dealing with the public is not an easy job. I want this business to flourish.

Was it fun to try to humiliate me in person with a haughty attitude when I asked why I couldn't just pay cash for my appointment? I was also refused the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, because "their system was down." What an incredibly condescending and horrible experience. I was just trying to get my eyes examined so I could have surgery. I was the victim of extreme domestic violence- I have a complicated case and partial blindness. It's hard to get up the courage to go to an eye doctor to have my trauma addressed. Prepare to be humiliated and treated poorly by office staff if you have had any domestic violence related injury. I walked out of that office bawling, in tears, after finding out that my appointment had been cancelled. What a horrific experience.

I go in get tht done and here it is another week and still no word abt when lenses will be ready. Paid in full and after a full 5weeks. Still no product. A little pissed off because this was my second option for glasses and now I'm wondering why I don't stay with valley vision instead. Hoping my glasses are in this week so I can see better the ever!!

The experience was super positive and he treated my nephew like a super star rolling out the red carpet and then telling him he was going to throw in a water bottle for his new purchase. It was a process selecting the right bike and Nolan was very patient, showing us everything that might work for my nephews upcoming junior triathlon. When we came back the second time Nolan said with a smile, "I just built a bike that is green. Do you want to see it?"
