I've been struggling with on and off cystic acne on my cheeks. I never had acne before, so this was all new for me. Mariana customized a series of hydrafacials, helped get my skincare routine in check and now we're doing a series of 3 RF microneedling sessions to bring my skin to the next level. Went there for Coolsculpting with my partner & spent over $2000 with zero results for either of us! What a joke! There was no follow up afterwards nor did they bother to call us the next day to see how we were doing! The staff was beyond attentive when we went for our consultation and then after we paid everything changed! All they want is your money!!!! Don't bother! Carolina was highly-recommended by a friend for laser hair removal services, but I can`t seem to be able to go past reception/sales director to make an appointment with her. During the consultation I made a tentative appointment for 10/03 and called to confirm on 10/01, only to receive a hasty phone call from reception hours later telling me: 'You don`t have an appointment because you didn`t pay'. Oh boy... I would have gladly provided payment at the time of my appointment. But looks like the sales director wants the payment in full (about $1,000) to ensure her commission PRIOR to any services being rendered and prior to scheduling an appointment with the technician. Also - very confusing pricing with all the 'promotions', 'new client specials', etc. I simply don`t have time for this, as I am very busy with two jobs, a toddler and a family to take care of. My friend made an appointment for lip injections at Nu Image MedSpa in Paramus, NJ. They've only been open a few days after quarantine. She informed the the person at the desk that she had had Restylane injected in her lips before At Nu Image and it was gone within a couple of weeks. She told them that she specifically wanted juvederm Ultra. The girl on the phone said ok and made the appointment. I called Nu Image In Paramus to find out more about lip injections. The person on the phone was very friendly and I told her I wanted Juvederm Ultra as well and made the same appointment. We walked in and were taken into a room with Raquel Mahidashti, DNP. We told her why we were there and she said, "we are out of Juvederm". We were confused. Dr. Raquel smiled and said, "sorry". And she offered no other options, just looked at us. So my friend and I were just sitting there looking at each other, not knowing exactly what to do. She was definitely not apologetic at all. We explained that we both specifically asked for Juvéderm injections when making the appointment. Again she said, "we're out" "sorry" still smiling. So my friend asked her what are options were? And she said you could try Restylane. My friend told her that it didn't work last time and it went away very fast. The doctor agreed that many people say that also! The doctor also said it is a little more expensive too. Then silence. She didn't even say she would give it to us as the same price as the Juvederm. Dr. Raquel Mahidashti then open the door as if to tell us to leave. We were dumbfounded and couldn't believe this was actually happening! we had money, we had appointments and they were willing to let $3000 just walk on out. ( were getting Botox as well). I felt so upset and hurt. We told Dr. Raquel Mahidashti, DNP that she was so rude, and unprofessional. I told her that I had stage 4 liver cancer and it took a lot for me to get there and I couldn't believe she was so nonchalant and uncaring. She didn't even Offer anything like a discount for next time. She just open the door. I guess they don't need the money or us and it was very obvious. I just can't get over how mean and rude Raquel Mahidashti is! Well I guess things happen for a reason because we called another Medspa that was about 8min away called The Cloud La Medspa, in Fairlawn, NJ. Not only did they take us without appointments but we got both the Botox and juviderm for $150 less than just the juvederm in Nu Image! Plus they treated us like we were the only clients there! So I came here several times and never was I disappointed! The first thing I had done here is the cool sculpting on my back and lower stomach. Definitely worth it! The ladies are very knowledgeable and would tell you what you have to do after to get great results. It was painless, just a little discomfort after but nothing severe. You won't see results in a week but you definitely will see them as the months pass by! The trick is also to drink tons of water! I had also done the laser hair removal and it was quick and painless. And you definitely see the difference after when hair stops growing. I had it done in my bikini line and armpits. Can't wait to come back to get the microneedling facial here and probably will be back for other stuff. read more

I am not one to write reviews, but after being encouraged by a close friend I have deiced too. Firstly this place ripped me off. It was my first time getting lip fillers and I told my injector, Raquel, that I only wanted 1/4 of a syringe back in late March 2021. I was left with no other option but to pay for 1/2 with promises that it would be there for me to use it when ever I'd like, no time frame given. So, I paid the full price for a half. Although my injections looked okay, I was not given any post care instructions, which is a form of malpractice in the state of New Jersey. I was rushed out of the facility as quickly as I was brought in. No one followed up with me after that about anything. Fast forward to early October, I decide that I want to use the rest of my filler to touch up what I had gotten done previously. As I believed it was there, since I paid for it and this it is my property. I called twice to schedule an appointment and to ensure that the rest of my filler was still there as one of the staff members alerted me that there was no note of how much I had even gotten previously. This made me worried and I asked her if I could speak to my injector, Raquel, or if she could ask if my syringe was still there. I was told that the staff member would talk to her and regardless of the syringe's whereabouts that they would honor the filler I had previously bought. I get to my appointment, to be greeted by Raquel. I tell her I want to use the rest of my filler to touch up the previous work and add a bit of plump. She stops me and says that she only keeps the filler for 3 weeks. My heart dropped. I was and am very disappointed as I was told that my vile would be there for my usage WHENEVER I wanted. Although she apologized and decided that she would now let me buy 1/4 of a syringe, I politely declined. I do not suggest coming here for injections, and if you do be weary of your money. I recommend going to somewhere like plump, which specializes in injections and is more cost effective at that. I am not a cheap person, but my money has completely gone to waste. Hopefully this message teaches their staff to be clear, care more for their clients and provide post-care paperwork detailing everything one needs to know about filler. The life-span of a vile is not common knowledge and is certainly not something I was made aware of as a first timer, who was promised otherwise. I would greatly appreciate a refund for the filler that was thrown out without my knowledge or consent, despite the $200+ value the remaining filler had. read more

I went for the Hydrofacial. It was okay if a little rushed. The one complaint I have is that the washcloths that they used on my face were cheap. So cheap, in fact, that when the warm washcloths were used on my face- it made me uncomfortable because it was so rough on my skin. I would love to know if anyone else thought that the washcloths were unduly rough. There is room for improvement. read more

I asked the price and how long does it take? She said $99 for an hour. Then I went there I only got about 40-45 min treatment. Which was terrible! Then when I was in front she want me to pay huge price because they don't even know each other. Anyway I paid 99. Then I got text message from CAROLINE and I told her the whole story why I didn't like it and she said " you did purchase a signature facial which is 30 min and I did include red light therapy as a bonus which cost ADDITIONAL $75 !! Thanks god I had all messages and send her back just to prove because she was trying to make me a LIAR! Manager wanted to contact but I just ignored it because there is nothing to do with them anymore. They don't even know each other. I spent over $10,000 on cool-sculpting and got zero results. The technicians here lie to customers telling them that significant results will occur after several treatments. (Even the plastic surgeon I now see admitted that cool-sculpting is not very effective). When I went to discuss my dissatisfaction with management, she was very unprofessional, making me wait 25 meetings for a meeting she had said she was going to prepare for prior to my arrival. She was blatantly trying to cover up the ineffectiveness of cool-sculpting, because on one hand, she said I got good results, but then proceeded to say that I didn't get good results. She blamed this on me, saying I gained weight. She never took photos of my final results to support her bogus claim. Then she went on to say that I did not get a good result because previous management did not provide me with appropriate instructions for after-care. She then had the audacity to give me a 45 minute speech on "her own unique diet plan," which she just plagiarized off of the internet. The manager wasted 1.5 hours of my time in this meeting, stringing me along to think she would help resolve the issue, but did nothing at all. The manager is a scammer. STAY CLEAR AWAY!!!! I was a very loyal customer that spent a lot of money at this spa, and was treated like dirt. I also got several botched Botox and filler jobs on my face here. My face looked the same before and after the treatments, which I spent a couple of thousands of dollars on. I now go to Dr. Dev's Medical Spa in the Garden State Mall. Not only are the Botox and fillers cheaper, there are many more services available at this spa and a REAL doctor, instead of inexperienced technicians, are providing the services. I had an excellent vampire micro-needling treatment with the nurse practitioner, Raquel. The procedure itself took about a half hour. They extracted blood from my arm first, then spun it in a centrifuge to extract my plasma. The plasma was then applied to my face before the micro-needling treatment. The treatment itself was very tolerable with minimal pain and discomfort. Overall, I had an excellent treatment. I would definitely return again for other treatments in the future. It would probably be a good place but there's so much room for improvement. I checked out the website and signed up for a treatment for which they were running a soecial time sensitive promotion . I arranged an appointment and I arrived early in order to fill out the paperwork. There was no one at the front desk when I got there so I waited about 10 minutes. Then 2 of the staff members arrived at the desk and didnt seem to know who I was or that I had an appointment so there was a bit of confusion. It left me with a very bad first impression especially since one of them was the one performing my treatment. The treatment itself was okay but I would much prefer dealing with a doctor's office where there's a lot more structure. Overall the prices are probably the same as most dermatologists and plastic surgeon offices offering the same treatments without having to pay additional money for a tip. Last but not least, the website indicated that there would be a 20% discount on any first treatment, however, this was not applied upon check out. This did not surprise me given their disorganization. read more
