I can't sleep, my face is so itchy, flaky, red with that burning sensation, and swollen. I was diagnosed with Rosacea 7-8 years ago and was prescribed a cream for my face for maintenance or use when needed. I contacted Geria Dermatology by email and received a response right away from Andrew who scheduled an appointment with Dr. Aanand Geria.Thank you Andrew for being proactive.  My impressions during my visit:The office is super clean (love the cleanliness) and the staff are very nice and attentive.  I met Dr. Aanand Geria, MD who is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.He confirmed that it was my Rosacea.  Before his diagnosis, I didn't really know what I have (Eczema, Psoriasis or Rosacea that had come back) Dr. Geria made me feel comfortable. He asked a lot of questions and most importantly, he took his time to listen to my concerns and answered all of them. He also explained about all the medications I brought in for him to see (prescribed previously by another Dermatologist). He gave me new prescriptions and explained thoroughly how to use them.  Just a day with the new medications, I slept well for the first time since having my face issues. I just want to say thank you and acknowledge the great experience I had with Geria Dermatology.Yes, I highly recommend this place and Dr. Geria whom I've decided to become my new Dermatologist.

The place is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming without being pretentious for the area which is nice. I've gone myself for a stimulator peel with Daniella. Very nice, and guided the whole way speaking just enough. :) she was also knowledgeable about skin, and what could be the next step for my skin care. I had wanted to do a acne laser, but after they pushed to see my skin they steered me away from that procedure, and recommended less invasive steps to reach my skin goals. I've been to other medical spas where they don't care and will take your money and give you the procedure, and send you on your way. I'm thankful this place isn't one of them.

Szenobia, the med aesthetician is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I wish I could bring her with me everywhere. She has an extensive knowledge of skin, lasers, treatments and products, and really cares about her clients. The last time I came in for laser genesis, (I thought my skin seemed fine but) she told me she felt my skin was too dry and sensitive, and didn't feel comfortable performing the treatment on me. I APPRECIATE THAT HONESTY SO MUCH!! This, to me, means that she is more concerned with my skin health and attaining optimal results for me rather than trying to sell me a bunch of treatments and products. She gave me samples of things to use, and really helped me to rethink my entire approach to skincare, now that I'm 30 and my skin is apparently a hormonal teenager. She wrote out an entire regimen for me, and always has space in her schedule for me. Szenobia, you have my loyalty. She's why I come back! Outside of that, the front desk staff - in particular the young man soon going to med school - are extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Right after the facial, my face turned red, especially on my cheeks. I didn't think anything of it, since the esthetician did do extractions on my nose and cheeks. Of course redness is expected. After a few weeks, the rash started to get worse and didn't go away. I sent this place an email with pictures of my face and told them that ever since my facial treatment here, I developed a terrible rash with pimples. They answered the following: 'Hello, This is Jessica from Skintology medspa. I did your facial when you were in our office. It looks like your skin may be having a bit of flareup from rosacea. The products that we use for facials are ZO skincare products which are medical grade.' ... like ok so what if medical grade products were used? They still caused an allergic reaction to my skin. I wasn't expecting to get my money back or anything but I was expecting at least an apology or something from the Med spa. Anyways, I ended up having to go to a dermatologist (another expense and time out of my day) and he said that it did look like a rosacea flare up from the skin care products that they used at the facial. I've been using a steroid cream that was prescribed to me by the dr (also another expense to buy the cream). The rash has not gone away and it's been well over a month. I don't know if at this point it will ever go away. I'm traumatized and I'm never going to get a facial ever again. I'm embarrassed to show my face; I used to have the clearest skin and now it's just a mess.

Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
