Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, subpar sales experience, and owner is more worried about image than customer experience. Dude chill and respond to consumer. You literally had a deal, promised measurements, rush order, and then flaked out. Be made at employee who didn't follow up and cost you a deal and future business for rehab business with owner of this house. Hopefully they can learn and grow, but stay away. Red flags.
