It is kind of Asian costco. It has everything a to z on asian cooking stuff including veggies. Almost everything is in larger size. It is kind place for restaurant supply.

I called this number and press two and received the same lady twice

To Whom It May Concern, This is not just another complaint, this is a reality check. I previously had a bad experience with your front staff. After receiving a kind apology from someone on your team, I genuinely decided to give your business a second chance. I came back today around 1:10-1:23 PM, 8/05/2025 (check your cameras) hoping for change. Instead, I was treated worse than before. The two women at the front one with a ponytail on her personal phone, and the other with short hair claiming to be the manager acted like customer service was beneath them. One ignored everyone while talking about her personal life, the other walked away mid-question without a word. No help. No eye contact. No decency. When I went to the employee door to ask someone else for help, another woman short red-dyed hair responded with an attitude right away: "What? How can I help you?" in the most dismissive tone possible. Then she told me no one else could help me, that "everyone's on lunch," like my time meant nothing. None of these women wore name tags. When I asked for a name, I was questioned like I was the problem. Let me ask you this: How do people become this bitter, this cold, this disrespectful? Where's the basic human decency? The manners? The professionalism? I truly wonder if they treat strangers like this in public, how do they treat people in private? How do they speak to their own family, their children? Who raised them to believe it's okay to look down on others? There is a difference between being busy and being unkind. The women at your front registers act like they work at Chanel talking down to customers like we're beneath them. Newsflash: this is a food distribution business, not a fashion house. Humble yourselves. Meanwhile, the men in the back the ones sweating, driving forklifts, lifting boxes they're the only ones showing respect, patience, and actual work ethic. They deserve recognition. They carry this place. Your front-end staff, however, is driving loyal customers away not because of a mistake, but because of their attitude. But your front-line staff? They're the reason people walk out and never come back. Not because of a single mistake but because of their nasty, entitled attitude. To those women reading this. I hope it hits you hard enough to make you pause. Look in the mirror tonight and ask yourself: Did I treat people with respect today? Would I want my children acting like this in front of strangers? You're not superior because of your job title, your age, or your years of experience. If anything, being older should come with more grace, not arrogance. Wake up. Respect is earned not demanded. And customers don't owe you anything except the same energy you give them. Sincerely, A customer who gave you a second chance -- and was reminded why I shouldn't have.

NTFOODS is another Asian Warehouse (AKA Asian Costco) that can be found in the industrial area. This warehouse is open to the public and does not require a membership to shop. My husband and I made a visit last month, on a Saturday, around 1:30 pm. It wasn't busy or crowded. Items that you are looking for at your typical Asian market, you would most likely find the items here (but in bulk). So you can find various snacks (crackers, chips, candy, etc), drinks, frozen food items, fresh meat, various of produce, cleaning supplies, dried noodles and rice, sauces and spices. I ended up purchasing various Lay's potato chip flavors, with the price actually being cheaper than what I have seen at 99 Ranch. I also purchased a lychee syrup to add to hot tea and a pump for the syrup bottle. I also found some different flavored Oreos that you wouldn't normally find in the American market, which was a nice surprise to eat. Overall, we had a great experience. But I do want to mention that if your purchase is under $50, you will have to pay cash (good thing I had cash on hand). I will be back in the near future (and am sure I can easily spend $50 if I want to use my credit card next time).

So. Found out there is a "Taiwan Costco". This place is packed with a bunch of things from Taiwan. Bean curd, to certain drinks, snacks, and so much more. They also have a freezer that sells boxes of things like bok choy, and other vegetables. I bet there is a lot of Taiwanese businesses that get their things here. You do not need membership to go in, you just have to have a minimum of $30 (they lowered it) to use your credit card. I only wished that they had air conditioning, as it was quite hot inside, that made it hard to stay inside the warehouse.

Decided to check out this Asian Wholesale Market. There is a section for restaurant owners for bulk purchasing as well as a general area for all others. The prices are decent. You must know your prices for the items you are shopping for. It's cash only if you spend less than 50.00. Overall, it is a great find for asian groceries. They have a parking lot that wasn't full when we were there. (Wed. @ 12pm)

NTFoods in El Monte is a hidden gem that has what I would call the feel of an Asian Supermarket plus what an Asian Costco would be like. It is open to the public so anyone can come inside. This place looks like a gigantic warehouse that is filled with a variety of pretty much all different types of Asian food and what you would need if you owned a restaurant and needed supplies like utensils and buckets, large sauces, and large pieces of meat. It is cash only if you purchase under $50.00 but I truly believe you would be able to find products and things for your home that will total over $50.00. I bought some snacks that I hadn't seen before but wanted to try out like chips and a variety of crackers. Got some sauces and even things for enjoying a hot pot meal. If you want to feed a family or are having a large gathering at your house, I think this would be a good and safe place to come. You can even buy to-go containers with different sizes so people can bring them back home.

PRO-TIP: I believe it's over $50 for purchase with card and if you spend over $65 you can scan their app for a discount. It's open to the public and a must visit if you want a TRUE "Asian Costco" experience as I don't really count Cravings by 99 Ranch Market to be one. There's carts of all sizes and although there are some individual/smaller serving sizes for the snacks and sweets, just know that a lot of this is meant for restaurants, so we're looking at huge bulk jars and tubs of sauces and cooking oils, as well as restaurant supplies such as straws, napkins, etc. Lots of mixers, sweeteners, and syrups for boba, big portions of produce and frozen meats, sauces, instant noodles, rice, etc. Since it's almost the mid autumn festival, there's moon cake too. Just be wary of what you can get at what prices since lots of the boxed drinks and instant noodles, I could have gotten for the same price at 168 Market or elsewhere. Also it gets pretty hot in there, being a warehouse and all. Overall, neat place to check out! I managed to get myself some snacks and some sauces too.

This of this place as warehouse version of Hawaii Supermarket. Membership is not needed and anyone can just walk in. [Parking]: Limited free parking spaces and the parking lot was packed when I came here on Saturday afternoon. [Selection & ambience]: The warehouse here was less organized than its next door competitor NTFOODS with bulk cardboard boxes stacking up in middle of each aisle. Half of aisles led to dead end and I had to constantly make multiple small detours within the store. This place was even harder to navigate than NTFOODS. I also smelled unique Chinese herbal scent that you can only find in certain Asian supermarkets. They do sell boxes of fortune cookies here as well as a small fresh produce section. No electronic tags here vs NTFOODS. Some items are actually more expensive than what you will find in typical Asian supermarkets or even Costco. Personally I would much rather visit NTFOODS over Rivera Food Service (all located in the same plaza.)

There's plenty of parking here since it's basically a warehouse that is open to the public. This place is cash only if you're buying under $100. They will accept credit cards after that amount is met. Be sure to check the prices for produce, such as the vegetables, they may cost more than Supermarkets outside of this store. They carry a lot of different sauces, bulk refrigerated fresh noodles, frozen meats and seafood, take out boxes and also boba supplies. Yes, you heard right boba! They sell boba toppings in huge containers as well as the cups, straws and drink mixes. Anyone want to open their own personal boba shop? Well they can grab some stuff here. If you like hot sauces or cook with a lot of chillies (numbing ones included). They sell the peppers here in bulk. They also have sauces, like soy sauce, sesame oil, dumpling soy sauce...etc. Ever wonder where you can buy a big bulk of fortune cookies, well they have them here for sale. Selections may vary throughout the week and day due to certain businesses buying up the stock.
