I walked in and was met with two of the most uninterested workers. Neither cared that I was there. After requesting a tire rotation, and providing my own new lug nuts, I was told it would be extra to swap the lugs. After explaining that the lugs were coming off already, I was responded by a blank stare. Will never rely on these guys to touch any of my vehicles. read more

Made an appointment online for 11:00am showed up at 10:50. Was told they were just pulling in another car and I'd have to wait for that car to be done. Chris and the crew are very knowledgeable and they don't try to con you into getting services you don't need, unlike other shops that will remain nameless for now. Doesn't matter if your an appt or a walk in ... granted if u have a big job needing to be done one would expect it to take quite a few hours. For a screw in my tire and a simple tire patch that I did called ahead for I waited for 2 hours and 50 min for a 10 minute job to b done. When i saw my truck was close to being completed I tried to pay while no one was in line BUT of course that would be against some assume policy they have in place. Once it was done I got in line one lady ahead of me. Instead of checking me out since u know I had been there 3 hours she goes to enter in new customer that just walked in and will be waiting probably until close. She finishes entering her in and is about to walk outside to go do specs on vehicle .., no enough is enough I promptly asked to b check out. She then moves over to other computer without speaking a word just clicking the mouse with vengeance. Throughly done with this place and lack of prompt service on quick jobs and over priced repairs. Do your self a favor and go else where. read more

Initially overwhelmed with all the steering and braking performance on my Jeep went back twice to have it checked out. Time permitting brake check and advise was for shaking during breaking from the left front among a lot of other standard performance issues like needing new bushings, ABS pump work and pulling to the rt. Customer service was excellent even suggesting 0% interest payment plan through NTB to fix braking system issues and future repairs to completely solve the diagnostics. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! Yesterday I had an oil change and tire rotation done here. They had my vehicle an entire day. Upon picking my vehicle up I was informed I needed new tires. (True) Why they didn't call me when they had all 4 tires off the vehicle I have no clue. Well, I was leaving for a trip the next am and wad told if I had my vehicle there by 7:30 they could have it done by 10:30. I called at 10:30 and nothing was done. I picked my vehicle up and they were working on others card! Their excuse - they had to unload a truck. When I asked why I wasn't called at 9 or 10 when they obviously weren't going to get to it he said he was hoping to get to it. Then he started acting like a little smart a$$. Never again! read more

We brought my wife's car in to have her breaks looked at, free inspection. Manager said it's free only if we purchase a service, otherwise there is a cost. I should have left then but I had hurt my shoulder so was not doing it myself. I have a lot of notes of what happened and it is all really underhanded. Avoid the Luling La, branch. Unfortunately her breaks had going bad already and now I have to get them fixed again, from September when I spent $550 and a few days of my life at the store while the car sat there untouched while we got changed for labor. I am going to repurchase new breaks and new roters, you know, what I just paid for, and then either post about the double charging the mechanics do here or send it and other underhanded things in the store was doing while I spent hour upon hour in the lobby waiting for my wife's car. I keep good notes and there was nothing else to do but listen to the lady behind the counter make cold calls about exactly the same thing to over 30 people. No people had other issues that day, just one all day.... How strange. Oh, and the older roters were under 30,000 miles in good shape and should have been turned, instead they changed me for new ones. I can go on but I have to put my wife's tire back on and decided if I am going to order parts or get some else to redo this for me before I send all my notes in from September. I cannot believe this place is in business. read more

This NTB is located about 5 minutes from my home so to say it is convenient is an understatement. The staff have always worked with me to get the services I need and my family need for our three cars we service through this NTB. My family sometimes gives them a hard time but they are never rude and always polite. The one thing this location struggles with though is time. I had an appointment on a Saturday morning for about 10 AM. I arrived around 9:40 and needed a simple oil change, tire rotation, and a single tire patch done. I am now sitting in the waiting room after having gone shopping at the nearby grocery in the same parking lot. It has been three hours. It seems as if they prioritize walk-ins before appointments if they get there first, even if you are twenty minutes early for your appointment. Not to mention the walk-in in front of me needed four new tires and an oil change. I think I am going to start changing my oil myself. read more

Crooks they don't stand behind anything and Lie to you ... they replaced several things on the front end of my Nissan Maxima now it creeks and pops I found they put the wrong struts on the car they wouldn't do anything to correct it because their so worried about losing money the no good Bastards ...Just to show you how sorry they are then I had bought tires rims for my Daughters 2 years back bought the Road Hazard she has a blow out on a 70000 mile tires with 40000 and they wouldnt give but $ 22.00 off a 168.00 tire ...then they said the rim was flat spotted I took it to a Rim shop in New Orleans, and there was nothing wrong with Rim I would strongly advised poeple to stay clear of these horrible Lying people with Terrible service ... read more

This was the second set of wheels I had installed on a vehicle at this location. The staff was fantastic. Chris and Crystal were great both on the phone and in person. There was another gentleman that checked me in and out and provided excellent customer service while I was in the store (unfortunately I don't remember his name). Customer service is nonexistent, terrible. Left car for over 5 hours to have tire checked , When I arrived 3 people ahead of me were waiting over and hour and half for the cars. Left car and had to call back every 2 hours no return calls from this store. Would not do any further business here or recommend this location to anyone. read more

I will never give this place my business again!! We took our truck to get new tires and were told it would be ready in 2 hours. 2 1/2 hours later we called them to see what the status was. They hadn't even started on it because they couldn't get the safety lugs off. Why they couldn't call and ask where the key was is beyond unacceptable. When you pay that much money and they can't even call the customer to update the status.. We had to call them?!? Lastly, when my husband told them where to find the lug key, she said if you don't here from me call back in 20 minutes. I am absolutely calling the manager of this store and let him know how terrible the service is here. If I could give no stars I would!!!!!! read more
