My vehicle was towed to the facility. Within hours of receipt, Mr. Pat contacted me and gave me all of the details of the inspection. A complete rebuild was suggested. My total ended up being around $7000. It would have been very helpful to have an accurate quote (which could have been managed by them looking into the manufacturer's recommendations regarding that model's transmission before quoting me a lower price).
