RCK Electric was the ONLY one that had no problem coming over right away. He was very respectful, kind and he finished the job quickly. He also tested the wiring for us and had us even turn on some of the appliances that had been making it switch off, while testing it. He replaced the breaker that should have been replaced with the first electrician we had come over and left us feeling comfortable with the job he had completed. We had Mr. Electric come out and give us an estimate to have it fixed. They unhooked our stove, went out in the garage and came back and said it was going to cost about $800 to fix the problem. We don't have that kind of money so we told them we would let them know. Well, the guy never hooked our stove back up. We called and had them come out the next day, which he did and told us it would be $400.00. But, now only the clock works. They will not come back out and hook it back up right for us. Granted they came out to give us a quote, but hook our stove back correctly. Also, we got a quote from someone else to fix it for $140.00

I was first told that it would be done in 1-2 days, it took a week. second, when I actually got my computer back, still randomly shut down so nothing was actually fixed. Lastly, when attempting to come back to pick up the PSU box from them, they wrote inside of it with something completely unnecessary. also for both the computer still being broken, as well as the writing, they tried to blame me for both. I don't mind that I got scammed out of $300, with nothing fixed. I can't believe they try to blame the customer after everything, and take no accountability. Never asked for a refund, yet to excuse the poor service and writing they said it was my attempts at it. ridiculous service. EDIT: Business replied saying things they did, I didn't want an upgrade to windows 11, they did update the BIOS, which is fine. Original request was for PSU to be changed to fix the power randomly cutting off, I provided a PSU specifically for this. Later i called back to also ask them to check my m.2 to see what was corrupted. I will admit the one positive experience I had with this business was how quickly they responded to messages and calls. They said stress tested games I said were previously crashing, I didn't specify any , I said "basically all steam games", and the only one they tested according to what they told me was Rocket League. They say I'm trying to get free services, no, if I was trying to get free services I wouldn't have even paid, I wouldn't have given them my card, what i'm trying to do is get my computer working. As stated in my original message, and I can also provide text messages with this business I had, I don't mind that I was scammed out of $300, that's my own fault, but to try to blame everything on the customer is where I believe it is unacceptable, especially with how respectful I was toward your business.

I will add, we also had a small crack in the corner of the screen as well and questioned if that smaller crack had caused issues with the screen. This small business was able to quickly diagnose with a very simply solution and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!
