You will not be disappointed you chose them to take care of your project/home and we cannot wait for our next chance to get to work with them. Sergio, Jason, and all the guys were great and we are so so happy with how everything turned out. We were in need of some masonry work at our home and had the hardest time finding someone we could trust to do the work. We were ghosted several times, and the other bids we did get were clearly halfhearted and absurdly priced. We called Rock Founded Okc and talked to Sergio the same day. Within a few days his brother came out to measure our house and discuss the project with us - and a few days later they had gotten a detailed bid back to us and gave us flexibility on when we wanted to start. They started the next week and showed up early in the morning. They were very careful around our new windows and made sure to protect the house during demo. They quickly removed our old damaged brick and were ready to lay the new brick the next day. A few days later and we are left with a beautiful home again and they did an amazing job! They were great every day they were here and always communicated any changes/obstacles etc that came up during the job. The work is amazing and speaks for itself but they went the extra mile and spent the time to clean up thoroughly and we did not have to do a single thing to clean up after they had left. For anyone thinking of doing any brick/stone/concrete work on their new build or their existing home like we did - we cannot recommend Sergio/Jason and all the guys enough. We purchased our house in Aug. 2013. The previous owner used Olshan in 2007 for foundation repair…read moreusing their "lifetime warranty" for a cable lock system. The previous owner used them again before we closed on the house. We have attempted to reach Olshan by phone over the past year using two or three different numbers. The phone rings anywhere from one to four times then automatically hangs up. I emailed today from their website. I received an auto reply saying someone will contact me shortly. I have a feeling no one will.

Used Olshan prior to 2014 as recommended by a friend. They put in 4 piers. That system failed…read more Called them several times and they came out in August of 2014. Opened up and remade patches. Sometime around then they put in an additional pier they said should have been done the first time etc. Had more problems. Called the company and found out that the original company had gone out of business. So, for the lifetime warranty I tried to call other Olshan companies. Was put off, no return calls, promised to come out, did not show. It is now 2022 and I called Olsan company again here. The recording said punch a button for the next rep.....I punched the button and the recording said, sorry, no available rep at this time.......People, I would not really really not recommend olshan, not the company, not their system. The lifetime warranty is not worth the promise. I give up.

I paid a few thousand dollars to have some general work around the house done. Not one job…read more(painting, water leaks, and general work) was done anywhere near correctly. I redid the painting and window repair myself and the paint matched and the leaks stopped. I know absolutely nothing about home repair. The leak repairs don't look great but there's no more water coming in. I did for less than $100 what they couldn't do for over $3,000. They told me to pound sand as far as getting any refund.

They quoted me upwards of $300+ to fix the fill valve in my toilet. I watched a 10 minute YouTube…read morevideo, went to Lowe's spent $8.98, came back and replaced it myself in 30 minutes. I'm sure they have great skills that I absolutely do not have. Moral to the story is see if you can fix it yourself first and save yourself some money. I'm not a handy person so if I can fix it, you can fix it.
