This was the third time our electricity was shut off since she became my Trust Officer. My husband had to run an extension chord next door to get my concentrator working until he called power company and got them to turn our power on. We had to pay 900 dollars for another deposit the next day. She then had the provider send bill to us to pay and now she won't reimburse us at all. She was not smart enough to pay 3 bills for me and now she has found it necessary to take money from me for spite. She had us throw our grandkids out and doesn't realize that since I'm not on SSI, it has no part in how I spend my money. She is getting worse and I want her taken off my case. I now cannot go to the doctor, or buy food without help, because she won't purchase a used car to replace our broken truck because the transmission has gone out. All the employees are always very friendly and willing to help you. On today's visit, I went to the branch to fix a little problem I encountered. I have my mortgage through Waterstone Bank, and I hadn't received my escrow check, to pay my property taxes. First, I called Customer Service. They looked up my account, and told me the check was sent out two weeks ago. It must have gotten lost in the mail or something, because I never got it. The Customer Service Rep told me that I could just go into any branch, and they could issue a stop-pay on the old check and issue a replacement. So that's exactly what I did. Easy as pie! They have a small waiting area, with comfy chairs, arranged around a coffee table, a TV on the wall, that's usually got some news channel on, and a station with fresh, hot coffee. So I sat and waited a few minutes while they got everything in order and issued my new check. They brought it over to me; I had to sign one paper for the stop-pay, and I was sent on my way with a handshake and a 'Thank You'.
