They took over my books late last year and charged an outrageous $1,100 per week for "full-charge" bookkeeping. They never reconciled the bank accounts--a basic and critical task. While I was on vacation, a problem with my credit card machine stopped deposits from hitting my account. They didn't notice a thing. I only caught it after returning and digging through the issue myself. To make matters worse, I just discovered they haven't touched the books since March.
