I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Stay far away from this company. If you're looking to ruin your business, go ahead and hire them. They took over my books late last year and charged an outrageous $1,100 per week for "full-charge" bookkeeping. They never reconciled the bank accounts--a basic and critical task. While I was on vacation, a problem with my credit card machine stopped deposits from hitting my account. They didn't notice a thing. I only caught it after returning and digging through the issue myself. To make matters worse, I just discovered they haven't touched the books since March.
