Virtually no communication from the office but they sure make sure to get their monthly fee, despite never receiving an itemized statement. After my tenant moved out, I wanted to be rid of the property asap. They kept dragging their feet, trying for a shortsale, all the while charging me monthly fees for doing nothing except to prolong the process. I fired them in October, never received a final statement in the mail, nothing itemized, then was basically terrorized by their accounting firm. Stay away.
