I've been living in the other half of her double as I repair my home. I've been using these windows while I've been here almost a year. I had 4 companies come out and quote me for the 4 identical windows I needed in the rear of my home. Window World was the best fit for me. I like the lifetime , transferrable warranty. I had an issue with one of the windows and WW handled it like they said they would. My installers were very respectful of my home and did a FANTASTIC job on my home. They truly take pride in their work and I genuinely appreciated that. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with WW and my beautiful new windows.

They never sent me the text, or email, so I called them again and they gave me the same song and dance and I said if they did not help me after their negligent business dealings I would take my business elsewhere. The resentful hag on the otherside of the line put me on hold without another word. I found another business to supply my needs for far less than they were charging.

Horrible business and management! Took two doors there back in September 2019 to have glass…read moreinstalled. When I showed up to pick them up a couple weeks later, I was in shock. They set the glass in the doors with BLACK silicone! These are brown stained doors! The Manager agreed that it was not done right and agreed to remedy the situation. Upon returning, one door was cleaned up and looked decent, but the other still had black crap everywhere. How could anyone think that this was finished and looked half decent?! Again, the manager agreed to take it back and fix it. Upon returning the third time, most of the black stuff was gone, decent enough at this point anyways, BUT they broke off a piece of the moulding and tried to give it to me broken! AGAIN, leaving it there as the Manager said he'd fix the broken moulding. Upon showing up for the FOURTH time, the moulding he replaced looked horrible since it's an antique door and he replaced the moulding with brand new moulding that isn't even close to matching. And then the following... I said sir, you broke my moulding and it doesn't even look like the rest of the door. He replied, look, we specialize in glass, not wood working. I said, I understand but YOU broke the moulding while working on my door! his repsonse to this, "Look, you can either take the door or I can throw it in the dumpster." WHAT?!?! This coming from the manager of a business?! So, needless to say, I had to take the door at this point. I brought the door in February and just picked it up last week. 8 months it was at that damn place. Absolutely never getting our business again!!!

Starting with our first visit from Aaron, he was very professional, informative, detailed, and friendly. He explained everything well and offered his guidance for anything we needed. Yesterday, Jerson and his crew showed up on time and looking professional. He walked through the house looking at the job, and then immediately went to work. These guys (3 in the crew) worked efficiently and were very pleasant to deal with. At the end of the job, I was very impressed with the clean up they performed before leaving.
