However; its been over a month and no one has contacted me. I have called them few times and was told they contacted me, and never did. There's no missed calls or any voice mail on my phone. When I contact them today, the young lady stated, she had no ideal when they would be able to give me a quote, she would keep me on the waiting list. Did know I was on waiting list, was never told to me when I call. Sorry, never heard of waiting list for quote. Is this really a way to run a business? I thought it was really strange, I could not get a date and time for quote. She then, became rude and stated you can take you name off the list. WOW, but I guess if you are booked up you can be rude to customers because you have a lot of business right not. However; there will be a time you wish you were nicer to potential customers. The whole experience was awful and waste of time. I could have contacted someone else if they would had just told me we cant do the job. Disappointed in Thibodaux.

We were debating on color and best match so a rep dropped a color sample chart off at our house which was very much appreciated. From the time we put down the very reasonable deposit to installation was super quick. On the day of installation they showed up in the promised window, worked quick, and did their best to clean up debris. Would definitely recommend them to others for gutters based on our experience and the great price! (We'd held off for so long because we thought the cost was going to be wayyy higher than what Joe's charged).
