Apparently, first impression does not mean anything to this company and customer service means even less. I called to get a quote for duct cleaning for my home. Now keep in mind, I've been calling several places to compare services and to see who offers the best price and I've had positive encounters. Until this one. I was expecting a business with integrity especially after viewing their website. I am just floored that this location has none. Why do I feel this way you ask? Well, this happened (quote en quote) "it's $45 dollars a register, what else you need to know" said in a matter-of-fact way with an overtone of inconvenience. To me that's RED FLAG number#one!!! If you get that kind of response straight out of the gate, what could I expect from this company if a really serious issue presented itself? Why in the world would I want to do business with an establishment that has presented itself in such a way? After this call, I contacted the next closest location which was in Scott, LA to try and maybe rundown a district manager or home office. No luck.
