Turned out that wasn't the case but that's for another story for another review (argh!). Water was overflowing and kind of ruined the wall so I searched on yelp and found Jake and Son. I sent over my damage they called the next day and set up and early morning appointment and estimated the work taking about 2-3 hours. They were in and out and super efficient. Finished in like and hour and a half and I'm sure to recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done.

The big fancy companies showed up made excuses said they were coming back and never did. Within 45 minutes of agreeing on price by text they were in front of my house and did what no one else would even try. No tarp job is ever perfect but we had water pouring in to our attic and top floor for two weeks. Our crew was working non stop in the attic to save the top floor of our building.
