However, they increased their rates regularly, to the point now where their fees are the same as the other guys, but their service absolutely sucks. When I canceled, I was doing a refund of 40 bucks, but they took 35 of it as an administrative and pick up fee. I had cancel my service, but still had garbage and recyclables in my bins. They schedule a time to come pick them up, but wouldn't take them because there were still things in them! Their communications have been terrible, and when they have taken place, they've been very rude. I wouldn't use these guys even if I had to haul everything myself in a hand drawn wheelbarrow to the trash yard.

We had the plan set and then CO got his with a huge unusual snow storm. Tim contacted me immediately to coordinate an alternate date. This was a bit problematic as my son needed to be out of his place by a specific date. Tim worked with my son and his Landlord to develop a plan where my son could relocate the stuff from the home to the landlords location. Tim then coordinated with the landlord to pick up the stuff at the landlords place while my son was out of state visiting friends. All this at a very reasonable cost. They apologized for the misunderstanding(s) and corrected the problem. As stated before their drivers are very good in placing the dumpsters, and now I am happy to say their customer service is excellent also. They were courteous, they did not ask me to remove the prior review, but I feel they should be recognized for fixing problems, just as they were recognized for the problems.
