My wedding was in San Diego on a Saturday, and Tricia delivered the flowers on Friday morning to a family member in the OC. Not only did the flowers last until the next day, I got exactly what I wanted from Tricia but at a fraction of the price from other florists. Make sure the flowers stay in water and in a cool place. We were lucky that the hotel I was staying in allowed us to use their large kitchen fridge. Just make sure there aren't any fruits in the fridge; they emit a gas, which will wilt the flowers. Cindy followed through and delivered what she promised us--that we could relax and be in the moment and leave all the logistics and cueing to her. Though we didn't book Cindy for our ceremony (our venue came with one), she did drop by at the end of the ceremony just to transfer the flowers to the reception, and even then, one thing stood out to me--I was getting my group photo taken and Cindy quickly went up to fix my dress that I knew wasn't laying down properly. It is exactly the little things like this that I seek from a coordinator--to be looked out for!! All in all, my husband and I both felt entirely taken care of during our reception.
